The area is good but there are very few place to eat. It is far from main center that is Hardwar otherwise hotel i very good

Good Stay
The stay was as expected out of a 4 star property, good breakfast, clean rooms, good comfortable beds. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The only pain point was ac vents right above my head while sleeping in a twin room.

Great place to stay
The hotel was very nice, friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Our stay was very comfortable..This is a good hotel for people visiting Haridwar and Rishikesh.

Good Stay
The stay service was good as expected. There is a great water park next to the Hotel. Also there is a New Food court opened next to the water park which is just 10 min walking from the Hotel. This food court serves pure Veg Food and also Non-Veg food. The best thing about this place is it has a seperate Veg restaurant which serves only Veg cuisine. This Food Court also has brands like KFC, Pizza Hut and CCD Outlet which will be opening in the next 2 months. So if you are looking for a fun get together with your family and friends at Haridwar this is the place to be. NATIONAL FOOD COURT.

Nice hotel adjacent to Crystal World water park.
I always stay at Sarovar Portico whenever I go to Haridwar. The best part at the hotel is food. Excellent, in particular the breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff is very courteous and room amenities are good. The hotel has maintained its standard since I first stayed there in 2011.

Surprised to be denied a room
The hotel said Expedia has not send them second booking though it was fully paid. Hotel property was good. Morning breakfast was chaos. The service was pathetic.

very basic
Hotel is new and rooms r clean, very friendly staff. Location good ( if u have ur own transport ). Services r bad, food served in breakfast and dinner buffet was stale. Food served in room service was better. Heavily understaffed.

Nice Place to be. Good quality of food and the staff is also pleasing. On the Highway from Roorkee to Haridwar. suits well if you travel by road from Delhi. Almost mid point from Roorkee and Haridwar Ideal for both the places.

Nice place, but leaves a lot to be desired.
Place was clean and bright, so was the room. Food is so-so, considering the fact that Haridwar is famous for its excellent food and chefs. Alcohol was diluted. Breakfast dishes were very greasy. Plenty of staff, eager to please but rather untrained.

Lovely place, but in an inconvenient location.
I stayed here for the first time. The check-in process was smooth. The room was nice and had a huge picture window, so the room felt open and well-lit. The room service staff is ill-trained and service in the restaurant is one of the slowest I have ever come across. The decor and cleanliness is excellent, but the corridors are extremely poorly lit and have no daylight coming in from anywhere.
