“Treetops is the most stunning apartment in a wonderful location minutes away from the centre of Alnwick. Everything you need is in the apartment. We really appreciated the goodies welcome pack and the cleaning welcome pack.The only downside was the apartment was cold - the heating does not appear to be adequate even if turned up although using the gas fire made a difference to the kitchen/ dining /seating area. Easy parking in an allocated space. We would definitely stay again. KE”

“We lived in Harrogate for many years and came back to visit friends - the location of the flat was perfect and allowed for easy movement within the city. The check in process was easy peasy as was communication. The only (small) downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday night. The flat is in a very popular area and it can get loud in the master bedroom. Although we were able to sleep through most of it. Will definitely book again!”

“The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. The car park is also very small. We were made aware of this before we arrived but it was even smaller than expected, our estate car hung out into the road so we...

“Lovely modern flat. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Communication from the owner was great from booking to departure. Local shop (5mins walk) and nice pub a short walk (20mins ish) in next village. Easy drive to Harrogate and various walks in Yorkshire Dales.”

“This property is a short walk from everywhere. About 10 mins from station and 5 mins from almost everything else (shops/pubs/bars/turkish baths). As well as its convenient location, the property itself is very clean and well equipped. Our one small issue is the bed was a bit lumpy but would definitely consider staying again”

“The property hadn’t been cleaned since the previous tenant. Had to find own alternative for the first night, and property not ready until 5.15 on second night. I don’t know who is responsible for scheduling cleaning, but this was a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. ”

“A nice second floor flat (no lift) with two small double bedrooms, 1 ensuite shower, and a separate bathroom with overbath shower, Comfy beds, hairdryer and mirrors. In a quiet bit of the older part of town (although a modern building) within easy walking distance to centre, station and parks. Own parking space - bit tight to exit parking round sharp corner. Good communication from owner and instruction manual provided. TV has some subscription chanels. Washing up liquid, cloths, oven gloves...

“Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree on arrival. Excellent facilities, WiFi, washing machine and super cooking area. The breakfast across the street included was super fresh fruit, full English, full menu available included. We've booked again for December this year. Brilliant walks and stunning scenery, shops nearby, everyone so welcoming. Thank you so much. ”

“Excellent two bedroom apartment. Great apartment with everything you could use in the apartment. Smart tv and everything was very easy to find. Great for kids and very close to everything in town center Minor complaints was Parking but it was advertised so real issues. It was a little tight for a medium to large car depending on your space”

“This was a really lovely property. Location was excellent, within walking distance of Harrogate centre but had the benefit of being very quiet. The property has everything you need, all mod cons, excellently equipped, Plus parking! & very close to shops & restaurants. (for a small additional cost) Harrogate is a beautiful town, great shopping, pubs & restaurants We loved our stay there.”

“We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. I am very much looking forward to coming back in the future!”
