“Our family had an amazing weekend break. The check in process was straight forward. The house was clean and spacious and we had all amenities that we could have needed. Owner was very responsive on some questions we had and Sonia was excellent in communications. The views from the patio overlooking the beach were amazing, sitting out with a cold gin and tonic! “The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle.”

“The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again.”
