The beds are comfy, the hotel is very clean, and everything is accessible at a walking distance. Shopping centers and eateries. Great stay at a really good price.

I ended up here due to a glitch on expedia.(not happy) The area around the hotel had shady activity going on; the entrance was like walking into a jail- VERY unwelcoming and cold. it was only 7pm and still light out but check in was through a bulletproof glass. I left and went to the hotel I thought I had made reservations at.

Bed and pillows are the best for a great night sleep. The staff are so "welcoming and friendly". The staff are always cleaning and ensuring the place is presented well. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Definitely be back.

We went with this hotel due to the 8.4 Very Good rating but this hotel should not be rated that high. It's an older, dirty hotel that's in desperate need of of a deep cleaning and renovation. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything around you. But the service and amenities were adequate.

The carpet in the room was dirty. The bathroom had hair and trash sweept behind the door. The shower was not cleaned properly. The sheets were dirty so we took them off and placed them on the floor the next day house keeping took the sheets off the floor and made the bed with them. The room also had prior water damage. Then we brought our towels from home only to return to the room and find them placed on the floor. The towels were left there after the way the carpet looked. Not worth the money.

Amenities were lacking and staff was indifferent. No facial tissues available, breakfast was barely adequate. When asked for an extra table to place my CPAP on, the attendant said he didn’t think they had one, meh. However the beds were comfortable. Have stayed in a Microtel before and were impressed, but not this one. Will have second thoughts on using Wyndham again with so many other choices available.

The rooms were clean, linen and towels were clean. Ceilings in need of repairs. Security mechanism inside room at door was installed improperly and would not keep an intruder from getting through the door. Limited parking with many construction worker trucks and trailers takung up more than one parking space per vehicle. Floors in hallways and elevators were dirty with fresh spills that had dried and not mopped. Same spills not cleaned in 3 days. Maid service personnel were very friendly and helpful. Pricing a little high, and cancellation policy sucks! Not customer oriented. Take it or leave it attirude. Will not stay at this facility ever again.

The place was decent, just older. Only issue is that the walls are not as insulated as more modern or higher priced hotels and could hear quite a bit.

A nice, convenient hotel for a quick stay in route to destination. Friendly staff, average breakfast, very cold AC unit. Checked all the boxes for the amount of money paid. I left an item at the hotel and manger called to arrange shipment- COD. Will stay again if in need of a quick stay.

We were surprised at how nice this hotel was. Never stayed in one of these before. Black out curtains were much appreciated. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was simple but offered enough for travelers. We would definitely stay here again

Arrived at 10 pm. Card didn't work to open room. I had to go down to the Front Desk three times before I was given a new card. Also, had food that needed to be refrigerated. First time I stayed in a hotel where a fridge was not available.

Clean and comfortable
I have stayed at this location several times over the past few years. It was built in 2007, so it is showing some wear, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is always great, and the price is right. When in Hattiesburg, I will probably choose Microtel.

We checked in late and as soon as we enter and trying to settle in, the guy next door started shouting/cursing very inappropriately. Need to change room. The new room was never used in months. When we open water tap, the water was all black, need to run it for 5 mins before it was clear. The sheets were full of dust. My kids don’t want again changing room as they were scared they saw the guy abusing us was carrying a gun. That’s when we decided not to go with Expedia. We continued our trip until Key West directly from Marriott. I will never book a hotel by a third part as well as Wyandam.

The biggest complaint was the inability to take a hot shower. The hot water in the sink was nearly scalding hot. However, the shower barely got luke warm. If you prefer taking cold showers, this is the hotel for you, otherwise go somewhere else. The other complaint is we stayed multiple days but we're only given one packet of coffee. Not to mention the coffee was horrible. You'd find better coffee at the gas station across the street. Next time I travel to Hattiesburg I will be staying somewhere else.
