Why are you bullying us posting negative and defamatory reviews? It is because you couldn’t skip the payment of the breakfast by a couple of tricks? (EXPEDIA clarified it). Or perhaps because you tried to bring a man into the room and we explained it is not possible? It is not homophobic, we very gay friendly persons. The hostal has a policy of no tolerance to prostitution no for moral reason: It is for the atmosphere and security for all the guests of the hostal. EXPEDIA informed about your complain after you left the hostal, never mentioned during your staying. You didn’t go either to police station. Very smart. If so, you will be easily catched and processed by untruthful statement/scam attempt. We have an insurance plan with CCTV and only one key of safe box made certified by them. Very easy to prove your felony. The incidence of the air conditioner is a manipulation of the truth, which is the worse way of a lie. You had the service back barely five minutes after you reported the incident (just an incorrect manipulation of the remote control) when you said you were affected for a while we replied asking why no said earlier. It is because there is no reason to be affected since we have an employee 24/7 and a double air conditioner system. We might lose customers due to your defamatory review and the double low score but what do you lose on it, morally? Maybe not: you cannot lose something you don´t previously have. We, as member of some host international organization, will inform about you in order to avoid such nightmare elsewhere.
