“Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. “This hotel is ideally located- within walking distance from the Zion National Park Visitor Center. The property gardens are beautifully maintained and has a great view of the virgin river and mountains. The service can definitely improve for the price of the hotel room being charged-not sure if they were short staffed. The breakfast room service dishes were never picked up from outside our room till late evening- i had to call the front desk to send someone. The lobby is extremely small. ”

“It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!”

“The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. ”

"We slept in a wagon which was a very nice experience and used the common toilets which were very clean. The personnel was wonderful, they gave us many useful information about the entry to the park in Zion and also good advises to eat there. The site is very nice and we enjoyed the fresh air in the evening (with the heat we have been going through these last days ...;-)) The restaurant in the structure could be better in quality. But the rest was really good."
