Thank you for your feedback. You did not mention any of your concerns during your stay. There were more than 2 sets of towels and your room did not have cleanliness issues as you claim. Our experienced maids are thorough and will not fail to mention any issues with any rooms to management. We would have gladly switched rooms on your behalf if any of these issues were brought to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the stay didn't meet your expectations. However, every guest is different when it comes to bedding and we overwhelmingly do not have any issues in that regard. It is very odd that you spent several hours in a pool that you claim is not clean. There was another large family in that very pool during that time and they reported no issues. Our pool is cleaned weekly by a professional company and the water tested to ensure complete cleanliness. The elevator has passed its yearly state inspection for the 5 years of ownership and is also thoroughly cleaned and maintained quarterly. None of the issues you claimed to have had were ever mentioned during your stay.

However, I wish you had brought up any problem with the room during your stay but you did not because we would have gladly given you another room. Your room was occupied the previous night without that guest reporting any issue at all. Also your card was definitely NOT RUN 3 times as you claim. We have been in this business over 30 years and falsely accusing a business of such a thing is no small matter.

Your room was on the 3rd floor which is part smoking on the other end of the hallway and a faint smell of smoke could have entered the hallway if a smoking room guest left a door open. Your room was occupied the previous 3 nights without the cleaning staff reporting any smoking issues as they always do. All of the linen is thoroughly cleaned daily upon the previous guest checking out and is the current Wyndham standard.
