As part of our policy in regards to bookings done through online booking agents like Expedia all guest interactions are written down so that we are able to respond to reviews in a clear and concise manner. The front desk agent did not say anything couldn't be done, you were calmly informed to contact Expedia directly to start any complaint process as you prepaid your room directly with them and after that a mutual resolution would have been possible. We did not hear anything back from you or Expedia until this review you published more than 10 days after your check out date. The front desk agent informed you that we would have been able to provide you with a new room where you responded by saying it was too late and you didn't want to be moved. There was no mention of potentially moved you would have been provided an alternative room. We had maintenance check the AC unit in that room and were informed that the AC unit was working properly. Thank you again for your feedback we will use it to improve in the future.

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your car being broken into and will do our best to try to prevent something like this happening again in the future.
