Nothing special
Room not that big (quite normal for Novotel) but well maintained and clean. Swimming pool totally on the shade so not good option. Lobby very crowded. Good restaurant at the lobby. Tasty big breakfast. Location nothing special (20 mins walk on the Saigon humidity to the central area, but at same time still quite busy area). Too expensive for what you get

We had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast served plenty of options. We also tried the massage which was value for money. The gym had everything needed for a short stay. We highly recommend Novotel Saigon.

The hotel is at a convenient location but the room and service was not satisfying at all. First, the front desk could not find my booking, but ironically pushed me to be their member even though I told them I was very tired and needed a room asap. Then they put me in a smoking room although I wanted a non smoking one. The manager then showed me another available room, whose window view is surrounded by all the guest room windows that form like the opposite of a U shape. So I had to keep the curtains closed day and night. Not happy with my stay there. I planned to stay there for 4 nights but switched to another hotel instead.

Great hotel and location we booked it again for second stay in a period 2 weeks. Love the pool, fitness space, and especially breakfast. Their breakfast selections are diverse enough I can eat the whole week with no repeated dishes.
