“The front desk staff were friendly and seemed to try to accommodate us. Upon checking in we asked for a quiet room on the top floor but was told we we in a room on the bottom floor by the entrance but that there wasn’t a room above us, this turned out not to be the case. We heard every foot step so I asked again for a different room but I was given a room on the top floor for only the first night of the 3 night stay. “La struttura era stata prenotata in base anche alla rappresentazione data dalle foto. A parte l'esterno e la zona reception, le due camere si sono rivelate notevolmente sotto gli standard attesi per pulizia (bagno sopratutto) e dotazioni. Per non parlare della rumorosita trasmessa dal piano superiore causata anche dalla maleducazione degli ospiti. In sostanza standard non all'altezza del prezzo pagato.”
