Pessimo, in una zona malfamata e frequentato da persone molto ambigue che non ti fanno sentire al sicuro. Biancheria da letto e da bagno indecenti !! Andrebbe chiuso !

Needs updated. Air conditioner above bed barely kept the room cool. The room has been painted a 100 times and spot plastered. Rusted railing. Put a $250 hold on my card. There was nothing in the room worth $250. Shower pressure good. Bed comfortable.

Such an industrial area there is no public transport and no dining options for breakfast Check in was at 3pm so long queue and lovely friendly staff were expected to multi task which made things exceptionally slow when you are tired Staff were amazing serving in shop, checking in and answering telephone enquires, retrieving luggage .. Still happy and friendly so a 5 star for them

I’m super disappointed in this place for the amount I spent. Staff were very nice. I was charged a resort fee for the shuttle and pool but when I asked for pool towels, they told me they didn't provide pool towels and I needed to use my room towels. Well I was only given 2 tiny stained towels and I still needed to shower before going back to the airport. They did give me 2 more towels after telling them it was super inappropriate to pay so much for a resort fee to be treated this way. I still can’t believe I spent $200 for such a worn down hotel, tiny room, tiny bathroom I could barely turn around in.

Very convenient with free shuttle to and from airport. Clean and very comfy bed and nice hot shower! Was perfect stay for our transit visit in Honolulu!

The hotel is right next to the airport. There are very very few restaurants or stores around this location. It was nice to have a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you back to the airport.

Cute budget friendly hotel. What they lack of the big resort properties they more than make up for with wonderful family oriented staff and convenient location. Hotel might become too noisy once the rail starts up, so enjoy it now!

Emphasis on the easy parking; right across from my room! Hotels such as the Waikiki Heritage should take note. Also, from staff was knowledgeable, courteous & friendly ( had a young woman'think her name may've been Ivy). Again thinls tjst apparently from deak women at Waikiki Heritage know nothing about! NOTHING! Ohhh, how i anxiously await the oppoto do thos same survey against the Waikiki Heritage :/

The property charges extra fees upon check in that are not included in Expedia price. They call it a “facilities charge” or something along that line. They also up charged me at the shop that’s connected to the desk and charge a 250$ hold on your card as a deposit. Overall it’s a place where I felt they were trying to scam me out of random dollars, it felt shady and not upfront. The property condition is rusty and sticky, even in the rooms. The AC doesn’t work well and there are very limited outlets to charge up. The best part was the shuttle to and from The airport, this place is fine if you have a layover but the shadiness made me feel it would be better to avoid.

スタッフの方が優しかった。空港からの送迎バスの乗り場が分かりにくかったが、電話をしたらわかった。私が英語が堪能ではないので聞き取りに苦戦したが、言われた通りに探すと空港にバス停があった。売店もあり、Wi-Fiもあったことが利用しやすかった。私は不足なかった。

I couldn’t check in my flight was delayed and ended up canceled due to weather and the person I called there at the hotel was rude they can be.wasn’t helpful and disrespectful. I need my money back or rebook for another hotel for another future date.

Cracks in the walls old and can hear everyone’s conversations and footsteps very loud construction middle of the night and ac is cooling but LOUD! Planes flying by really loud.

Kept calling for their shuttle for over an hour to pick us up from the airport but no answer. Took taxi there and told them about it. They didn’t seem concerned why they didn’t answer the phone, especially after confirming I had dialed the right number. Rooms need serious updating, especially for the prices they charge.

The motel is a old and dumpy. It does not warrant the price. Everything is so old. It a motel not a hotel. No coffee/water in the room. Just a bed and TV. The inly good thing is the airport shuttle that runs on the hour and half hour. Staff were pleasant. Gave me the room key that didnt work. Had to go back to the front desk and get it reactivated.

Very industrial location. Staff in the lobby were nice, but there was no daily room service. We had to pay $120 extra for the “resort fee,” but there was nothing of a resort feeling. We needed to take out our own trash and our towels were only replaced once.

I had great difficulty in opening the door. I thought there was a problem with the key, but it was the door that was wedged to the frame. I had to push the door very hard for it to open. The back of the sink had paint peeling. I usually leave some money for the room cleaner but when I checked in they said that they would add a $23 gratuity to my bill that I paid for before checking in.

the air conditioning never worked and when we would tell the front desk, they would be so rude and wouldn’t help us until i requested for maintenance. we had to be moved 3 times because nothing was ever working. the outlets on the air conditioning was an extreme safety hazard.
