“The hotel is not a 4 stars, I guess 2. The experience was not good, the hotel canceled our reservation arbitrarily, but we never knew because we were on the route, so when we arrived, the lady at the reception did not want to open the door, finally thanks to the help of a guest, the lady agreed to speak to us. ”

“I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Room 603 However, my aircon dod not blow cold at all. The Hot water in my room took 15 mins to come, an extreme waste of water. This was with the maintenance crew standing and pouring the taps i could not use thw shower as the cold tap was not functional. I was then assisted to tey find a new room. Of which we tried 612, 311 & 200 and something, not one of the rooms aircons worked. Nor did any of thw taps run hot in under 5 mins of pouring...

“The owner is a scam artist who uses online booking sites such as this to steal money from clients. He is also aggressive, rude and unprofessional. After reading my check-in review of his property he became aggressive and told us to leave the bnb despite having paid until 9. He admitted to having double charged us and attacked us in front of my small children ( 1 and 7 years old). The property is run down, outdated and dirty. I recommend people to stay away from this fraudster. Disgraceful....
