You had violated multiple policies of the hotel. We had to evict you out due to mentally Challange person in the room. City of Houston Police came to the facility and evict the person out of the room. Do not penalize hotel by posting a bad review on your stay. If it is that bad why you reserve the room for more than 3 night.

HI Aimara,Thanks for taking time and post a review. I would definitely convey the message to management. Due to cost reduction of food items such as eggs, cakes,... we had cut down on some of the items but as soon as the prices of these items will goes down we will serve additional items. GM

Hi Keisha, We are truly apologies for the inconveniency you have during the stay. At the particular day when you stayed at hotel we did not have downstairs smoking room Rm 108 was the only downstairs smoking room we had in inventory other rooms were occupied. We will give you a discount rate when you come next time. We also investigate on the matter you had mentioned in the review.
