We were cancelling reservations with no penalty at the property and advising guests that booked through 3rd parties to contact that company directly to cancel since the charge comes from them. If your family stayed in the hotel or failed to cancel your room, we did charge because we were holding rooms for travelers from the airport with no place to go.
