We loved this hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and comfortable with views of the plaza area and water. Only downside is that band plays till 10 PM on weekends so sometimes it gets a bit loud. Other than that we had a great time!

The bathroom floor was a bit dirty, and the water did not get hot enough or have enough pressure. The bed was very comfortable.

Had such a fabulous time the hotel was a 5 would definitely come back. Everything is in walking distance and couldn’t be more happier with my stay.

We were disappointed because most of the games were closed, & many of the rides were closed. When we call the property we were told most everything was opened & operating.

This is my second time here at this hotel and it is still awesome,clean,neat rooms spacious and clean. Nice size bathroom and all rooms have a balcony.

The convenience of being on the boardwalk, the property was very clean and quiet. The cons is that the hotel needs to update their TV'S they are very outdated.

The men at the front desk were amazing and super accommodating! Such a great area right in the middle of everything. However that also comes with some issues if you have small kids. The band plays late at night until 10-11pm and it’s really difficult to get a good nights rest especially if you have a plaza view. Also the tv and amenities in the room could definitely use some updating. There’s no microwave and only about 8 fuzzy tv channels. Other than that, it’s a really nice place to stay if you want to be really REALLY close to all the fun.

The hotel was very nice. 1.My bathroom the tub painting was peeling and I love a bath... it was uncomfortable to sit in. 2.The TV needed to be updated. The windows were filthy esp the door to the balcony. I live in the area for 5 years and always wanted to stay in this peticular hotel. These things being right would of made it a great stay. I come monthly to the area but I'm not sure I'd stay here. I think the age of a few things need to be dealt with first. I stay in the room a lot due to having my handicap daughter with me.... so the outside was great but being in the room wasn't as pleasant.. due to a few easily fixed updates. Attention to details

Our room was gorgeous. Plantation shutters on the patio door and windows. We had a bay view but it was over the Boardwalk that played music until 10pm. Thank God it was a Tuesday night and it wasn’t a live band. It would be fun and exciting for younger folks but us older folk close down early.. lol It’s a great place to stay and the best restaurants are right out the front doors. Everything is within 3 minutes of walking! Lots for kids to do too.

The televisions in the rooms are OLD and the pictures aren't clear and there is a buzzing sound on channels with clear picture. TV's are inexpensive, no reason to have these old silver Panasonic TV's.
