I was rudely tteated by a staff member who was cooking eggs, when i politely asked her a question i was completely ignored not once but 3 times and by her looks and attitude it can only be construed as a this lady was ' racist '

พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดี ตัวห้องไม่ได้สะอาดมากแต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับสกปรก สิ่งของเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้อยไปหน่อย ทำให้ความสะดวกสบายลดลง เช่นไม่มีกระดาษทิชชู่ใช้ภายในห้องนอน มีเฉพาะในห้องน้ำ ในส่วนห้องน้ำก็เหมือนกัน คือมีให้แค่ที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น เช่นไม่มีสบู่ ทำให้ต้องเดินไปหยิบเอาครีมอาบน้ำมาล้างมือ

Fantastic service!
I will start by saying that the service was fantastic. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. I would hilly recommend this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the room we stayed in for the first 2 nights was in the older building. The bathrooms where old and although they where clean, the silicone around the edges of the tub where yellowing making them look dirty. I felt this was not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. We transferred to the newer building for our last 2 nights and the rooms where very nice. I am told that these bathrooms will be renovated in the future.

Da wo das hotel ist, ist kein strand.langer weg bis zum Nachtmarkt.Das Bad mit Badewanne ist schön war aber nicht sauber und kein heisses wasser zum baden.Da nützt auch nicht der 2 Fernseher über der Badewanne.Frühstück vor Ort anschauen und entscheiden ob man es will kostet 200 THB. Neuer Motorroller im Hotel zum leihen ohne probleme.

Good place to stay chilled with gd staffs
Nice stay during weekend. Close to both the beach and the center of Huahin. This place is filled witht faciltiy that made children enjoy as well as the adults do.

จองเพราะมีสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก แต่โดยรวมไม่ชอบ
จนท.ขับรถกอล์ฟดี สระเด็กลูกเล่นสนุก นอกนั้นไม่ชอบ เช่น ตอนเช็คอินฟร้อนท์สตัฟชี้ ๆ ให้เดินไปทางนั้นเพื่อไปห้อง ไม่มีจนท.อื่นมาเทคแคร์ต่อ ต้องเดินหาลิฟท์เข้าตึกแบบงง ๆ (พักตึกเก่า) ต้องเดินกลับมาถามอีกรอบ พี่คนขับรถกอล์ฟเลยเดินมาชี้ให้เอง ในห้องเหมือนเตรียมอะไรให้ไม่สุด เข้าใจมั้ย เช่น ถังขยะไม่มีถุงรองก่อน ทิ้งไรไปมันก็จะสกปรกถังขยะ คราบเดิมมีให้เห็น (ไม่เคยเจอ ขี้เหนียวถุง) ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีให้แค่ 2 ผืนใหญ่ (แจ้งล่วงหน้าว่ามีเด็กด้วย รวม 3 คน) มันต้องเตรียมเผื่อให้ลูกค้าอีกผืนรึเปล่า ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็กเช็ดผมก็ไม่มี ตลก ห้องเหมือนปิดมานานไม่มีคนพัก (Jr Suite) ให้ห้องมาพักแต่ไม่ได้รีเช็คอีกรอบมั้ง อ่างมีผม คือรวม ๆ ดูไม่สะอาดอะ สรุปไม่ชอบ คงไม่มาพักอีก

Not bad!
Overall, it's a nice hotel that has a good interior design and comfortable ambience. However, some lights were not working, the toilet had a bad smell probably due to drainage system and met with a blackout during the stay. Hotel staff were friendly and tried to assist us to their best ability.

Stay away
Staw away from this condo. It is not a Hotel and the staff who are suppose to give you the key never responded to us. Hotels.com had to fix everything for us. We had 3 rooms, all with defective details. 1 room had no TV. 1 room the shower flooded and 1 room the kitchen was broken. We were ignored when we asked for help with the flooding shower. No response. When we were leaving the staff did not even show up to get our keys and give us deposit back. We had to wait for them before we could go to our next destination. The area is filled with construction work with ALOT of noise. The rooms were dirty when we arrived and we had to pay for cleaning we never recieved! Wifi in all the rooms were terrible

Nice and very helpful staff
The staff was nice and helpful with everything The room was okay at first but the air condition took so long to cool the room and it’s hot almost all the time The bathroom floor was dirty and slippery at the shower area other area was okay The corridors door are a little bit hard to open but the view is okay and corridors is clean Overall is nice but needs to improves

เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนแบบครอบครัวมากๆ เด็กๆจะสนุกสนานกับสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรม ห้องพักโอเคดี บรรยากาศดี มีความเป็นธรรมชาติ แต่ควรมีการปรับปรุงสิ่งของบางอย่างที่ชำรุดหรือเก่าเกินไป (ในห้องที่พักประตูห้องลูกบิดชำรุด)

Allas-alue erittäin mukava ja siisti. Sopii varmasti lapsiperheille myös. Huone kuitenkin kulahtanut,epäkäytännöllinen ja vanhanaikainen. Hotellin aula tyylikäs, baari ei kuitenkaan käytössä ja hotellissa ei ollut ravintolaa. Ruon ja juoman ostaminen tapahtuu siis muualla. Ympäristö ei kummoinen. Plussaa että hotelli järjestää ilmaisia kyytejä keskustaan iltaisin. Henkilökunta auttavaista.

Trevligt hotell (bodde i nya delen) som ligger några km utanför Hua-Hin centrum. Dock går den gröna ”bussen” precis utanför samt att hotellet har ett antal gratisresor per kväll in till klocktornet. Nackdel att den gröna ”bussen” slutar gå hem vid 21:00-21:30. Men det finns taxi, tuk-tuk mm att ta sig tillbaka till hotellet. Superbra frukost med stort thai urval samt även bröd, ägg i alla former mm (european style) För-/nackdel: rätt mycket skugga kring poolerna. Dvs bra för barn, sämre för soldyrkaren. Nackdel: Ingen direkt solstrand i närheten. Dock nära till havet med vacker utsikt och möjlighet till strandpromenad på eftermiddag/kväll vid ebb. Nackdel: dåligt restaurangutbud i direkt närhet Fördel: Riktigt ”roliga” pooler för barn

平日非常值得生
酒店較遠一点，不近市区，附近也少食店，只巷口便利店門口有食檔，酒店有車送去海灘，但海灘不凊潔，。今次給了隔離新的酒店房，非常不錯，空間充足，光猛，舒適，泳池也不錯，較合小朋友玩，工作人員友善，平日價平宜，但週五，六，貴成倍，總計來說，也值得住，下次会再選的。

Für meine Familie war das Hotel ein Volltreffer. Es hat einen grossen Pool für unsere Kinder, in dem Sie sich austoben konnten. . Wir hatten 3 Zimmer reserviert, von denen leider nur 2 im gleichen Stockwerk waren. An der Rezeption ist man uns leider auch nach mehrmaliger Bitte nicht entgegengekommen, obwohl wir 2 minderjährige Kinder und meine Schwägerin mit einem Kleinkind dabei hatten. Trotzdem würden wir in Hua Hin sofort wieder dieses Hotel auswählen.

พนักงานต้อนรับมองด้วยสายตาไม่ดีกับลูกค้า....(ไปกันครอบครัวใหญ่คะ) นํ้าในห้องนํ้ามีสีเหลือง และมีกลิ่นเหม็นคะ (ต้องใช้นํ้าเปล่าบ้วนปากแทน และไม่ได้อาบนํ้าตอนกลางคืน) อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้คะอร่อย แต่ไม่หลากหลาย... ผ้าเช็ดตัวขอเพิ่มไม่ได้...แต่โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวไม่มีปัญหานี้คะ... สระว่ายนํ้าดีสําหรับเด็กๆ คะ ชอบ...

只是離機場近的旅舍！一家人搭乘電梯被關在電梯內，淋浴的水流量根本無法讓人洗澡。照片騙很大比同級住宿差
我們一家人和2位外國旅人一同被關在電梯中，按了緊急救援及通話鍵，毫無反應，還好有櫃台電話，打去後有人來將電梯門扳開。打開電梯後工作人員轉身就走，沒有道歉也沒有幫忙提行李，我們到櫃台尋求更換樓層。也是自己提著大行李走樓梯到2樓房間！

Viihtyisä hotelli, hyvällä altaalla. Kuntosali oli ihan kohtalainen. Aamiainen runsas. Sijainti hieman kaukana keskustasta, mutta hotellilta oli hyvät kulkuyhteydet keskustaan.

โรงแรมห้องพักสวยแต่ ระบบน้ำอุ่นไม่ดี
ผิดหวังเรื่องน้ำอุ่นค่ะ น้ำไม่ร้อนช่างซ่อมไม่ได้ เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่า โรงแรมไม่ใช่5ดาว ทำได้แค่นี้ จองห้องที่ดีที่สุด แต่ไม่ประทับใจเลย พนักงานดีทุกคนค่ะ
