Struttura in ristruturazione, non sono mai stata informata di questo. La camera non era quella che avevo pagato ed abbiamo aspettato 2 gg per averla. Arredamento vecchio almeno 10 anni, sedie rotte, vasca da bagno spaccata, infissi orribili. Le pulizie sono al limite in tutto l'Eggitto, mi aspettavo di più da una struttura HILTON. Colazione buona ed abbondante ma sempre le stesse cose.

Hotel ben organizzato
E' la seconda volta che vado in questo hotel a distanza di 10 anni l'una dall'altra, l'hotel è stato mantenuto abbastanza bene anche se ci sarebbero da rivedere un po' le camere. I servizi sono molti, c'è il phone, il ferro da stiro, la cassaforte ed il frigo in camera. Il buffet è parecchio fornito, c'è anche il banco per gli orientali, inoltre c'è gratis la cassetta di sicurezza, l'accesso alla spiaggia con gli asciugamani inclusi e due grandi piscine con scivoli e giochi vari. Il giardino è ben curato e sempre pieno di fiori. I servizi offerti sono molti anche quelli a pagamento. Il personale è gentile e attento alla clientela, il mare pulito peccato che non ci sia la barriera corallina vicina, inoltre c'è la rete in mare che delimita la zona in modo che non possano passare i pesci, credo per sicurezza. La zona in cui è ubicato l'hotel è turistica anche se quest'anno c'erano parecchi negozi chiusi. A differenza della prima volta che eravamo tanti italiani, questa volta eravamo solo in due ma comunque l'hotel era pieno di europei e anche di islamici.

Eccellente hotel, pessima zona
L'hilton resort è un ottimo hotel dal quale non uscire... Bellissima la spiaggia, belle le piscine, buona la ristorazione, all'interno non sembra di stare in Egitto. Consigliato a tutti coloro che vogliono un resort tranquillo, elegante e non desiderano esplorare le realtà locali. La zona limitrofa ad ogni modo non offre assolutamente nulla di tipico, ma solo una spianata di resort di lusso e qualche attività commerciale per turisti con prezzi maggiorati e sciacalli che tenteranno di spennare i turisti in ogni modo, quindi si può tranquillamente rimanere dentro la struttura, dove magari i costi sono maggiori di quelli che trovereste in qualsiasi attività locale non turistica, ma per lo meno sono prezzi esposti e trasparenti e non variabili a seconda di quanto fate gola al commerciante di turno.

Vacanze in economia ad Hurghada
Ho scelto questo hotel per un soggiorno economico vicino a centro di Hurghada. Il prezzo rispecchia esattamente quello che si ha: l'hotel è forse uno dei primi internazionali aperti ad Hurghada e non ha più' avuto ristrutturazione delle camere e strutture. Pieno di viaggiatori russi e low budget con gruppi organizzati. La spiaggia è piccola e deludente se considerando che siamo sul Mar Rosso e se non arrivi in tempo la mattina trovi tutto già occupato. A parità di prezzo si trova sicuramente di meglio.

Understaffed both check in and checken out. To noise with late night music and screaming childen. Food was average at most. Paper thin walls can hear all your neighbors. To pricey for all these issues.

Achtung. Unbedingt die Premium Zimmern buchen. Auf der Webseite sehen Standard und Premium gleich aus. Die Standart sind aber in einem ganz anderen Hotel. Über die Strasse und Zimmerqualität 2 Sterne weniger!

I'm so disappointed, firstly i was waiting more than 2 hrs for my room to be ready take it around 4:15 pm I lost my first day to do anything, secondly garden view it means you will be in not be in the beach front you have to cross a public street to reach the beach No fresh juice in the all inclusive option, thirdly the was wasn’t have a hot water it was broken no towel robe my room view is a parking lot and car street, the electric plug close to the water heater is broken so I couldn’t use it, it was my first day and my last I will leave tomorrow this hotel.

Massive disappointment
We booked for one night me and my wife for wedding anniversary it was not really great experience which I think it was not very nice for our special day . The room it was disgusting hair everywhere dust everywhere and the manor of some stuff they need training them better than that , the whole stay it was not nice at all I think I will not going back again.

Das Personal war allzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Küche im großen Restaurant ist sehr vielfältig und lecker und geht auf spezielle Wünsche (Allergie) ein. Der bauliche Zustand leicht renovierungsbedürftig. Dies gilt auch für das Umfeld des Hotels.

better then expected!
We stayed one night only but, enough to say that the hotel is extremely well taking of. The hotel itself doesn't look so good when your arrive, but the rooms were modern, super clean and spacious with a great balcony. Lovely staff and great choices of food for buffet diner or breakfast. The beach is not the best I have been but, it is OK for a short stay, and it is clean as well. Would stay here again.

Hilton was een zware teleurstelling. Het is een 5-sterren hotel, maar het lijkt eerder op een 3- sterren hotel. Het eten was totaal geen 5-sterren zoals het wel zo hoort te zijn. Als er eten overbleef legde ze dat terug voor de volgende dag. Ook was er best wel weinig variatie. Het buffet was elke dag hetzelfde in mijn 13 dagen verblijf. Men kreeg in dit hotel ook gratis WiFi, maar die was ontzettend slecht. Om de paar minuten werkte het niet en als het dan wel werkte was de verbinding niet goed. Tijdens mijn verblijf waren ze ook aan het werken wat niet bepaald genieten is. Bovendien was er naast het hotel een generator die 24/7 werkte die heel veel lawaai maakte. Ik heb die nachten slecht geslapen. Ik had wel wat meer verwacht van een 5-sterren hotel. Hilton is wereldbekend normaal moet het dan toch wel top zijn? Ik raad dit hotel niet aan.

Outrageous for a Hilton property to have a total ban on any guests to enter your accommodation. This is like a prison or mental institution. My friend from Germany is staying next door and Hilton would not allow him in, even with his passport.

Friendly staff, but accommodations were poor
To start, during check in we were given no information about the resort- no map, no explanation of restaurants or pools, nothing. Then we were given the wrong room... we had paid extra for a view and were given a room overlooking the street. We asked to be given the room we reserved and paid for, and the staff was friendly and accommodating- but in switching rooms we were able to see the rooms were very dated and extremely warm. The room we were given for so warm, that we had to call multiple times to request a fan (and had made note of 2 other guests asking for fans when we checked in). When we called they would send the staff to “look” at the thermostat and say “good”—but it was far from good- my sister ended up sleeping outside on the balcony for several hours to cool off, as the rooms were easily 10-15 degrees warmer than it was outside. The showers were not clean, so we wore sandals when we showered. We attempted to speak with a manager, but every time we went to the front desk the manager was not on duty. In the end, at check out the manager was there and was willing to speak with us, away from the front desk. He let us know they were sorry about the problems and that if we wanted to see the much nicer rooms they had available, they would show us... since we were leaving at that time, this only added frustration. During our stay we went to neighboring hotels and spent our time there instead- we found alternative facilities in the area much nicer.

Morgenmadsbuffeten var så fantastisk! Der var så meget at foretage sig. Og så lå det på en gade der lå afskærmet fra de fleste egyptere - forstået på den måde, at hvis du tog til et andet sted i Egypten, bliver du ikke ladet være i fred, alle har en “special Price for you”. Her kunne man gå i fred! Så dejligt at slutte vores ferie af her, især fordi vi lige kom fra hektiske Cairo. Servicen var også fantastisk. Alt spillede bare.

The hotel has great potential in location and services, but the food variety is very poor at best and the army of mosquitoes in the garden is a nightmare, my family and I suffered every night through our stay and when I talked to them they told me this is the first year and that it never happened before and never even offered help or a room relocation, specially knowing I have my kids and family.

Nice hotel, terrible WiFi
Myself and my wife stayed here in November and stayed in one of the upgraded deluxe rooms. The room was clean and modern and the bed comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and tea/coffee and water was replaced daily. The outside grounds are well maintained and we saw the pools cleaned and water tested daily. We stayed bed and breakfast so can’t comment on the lunch’s and dinner but the breakfast was adequate, usual Egyptian fare of pastries, meats and cheeses, egg station, and breakfast cereals. The only gripe is the terrible and I mean terrible WiFi, which has the speed of 90s dial up and constantly throws you off, which I find unacceptable for a Hilton hotel, it’s not an Egypt thing as we got fast WiFi at the Hard Rock Cafe so it’s seems that `Hilton just haven’t invested in this area.
