“Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...

“Excellent stay! Loved the rooftop lounge with beautiful view where we ate our dinner. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the delicious breakfast included with our stay. The dishwasher was beeping when we arrived but maintenance showed up in just minutes to resolve. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk immediately brought me a complimentary one. Reasonable $20 secure parking but spaces a bit tight. Very comfortable bed. ”
