Spacious 4 bedroom home in the village

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated home is a perfect spot for visiting family or exploring the local attractions. We have a large open concept living, kitchen, and dinning area. We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. Located near the NYS Thruway!

Cooperstown Weekend
Fathers and sons trip to the area for Cooperstown’s Memorial Day weekend activities. Property is within 40 minutes of Cooperstown. Plenty of food and grocery choices located nearby, in a quaint and quiet town. The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood and definitely stands out among its neighbors. The house has been beautifully remodeled and was perfect, with plenty of space, for our group of 10. Thank you for a great experience!

What an Awesome Place!!
We're pretty regular VRBO users having rented probably 10 places over the past few years, and I have to say this was clearly the best one!! Besides being clean, newly renovated in terms of furniture and exactly as advertised in terms of features, the place was well stocked with amenities for our party of 8. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, mugs and utensils. The pantry had plenty of paper products and alternative small appliances, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and TP. While we didn't get a chance to meet them face to face, the owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We were looking for an alternative to hotel rooms while our family was in town for a memorial service and did not expect to find such a gem in a small town like Ilion. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Mohawk valley!!

Best vrbo house I’ve ever stayed in!
This was not a rental house it’s someone’s home! So beautifully done and comfortable. Everything was brand new. The beds were super comfortable, towels super fluffy, And everything was super clean. The only comment is that it’s not in the nicest neighborhood, but it didn’t bother us at all. The beauty and comfort of this house outweighs that. This might be the nicest VRBO house we have ever stayed in.

Great place!
We were in the area for a sports tournament and stayed in this beautiful, recently-updated property, and it exceeded our expectations! The place was warm, inviting, and decorated for the season. Four bedrooms were warm, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and parking for three cars. Highly recommended!

Beautifully remodeled home with tons of space
The pictures don't do this justice. We had family in from four states stay here with more than enough room for the 8 of us. We had local family in from the area for lunches and the kitchen set up was perfect for a buffet style setting. Plenty of space to sit and chat. Close to a lot. Highly recommend.

Cooperstown Game Week
Part of our group was unable to travel with us, but the property manager was so easy and friendly to work with. This was a great home base for the stay for our Cooperstown experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
