Mi dispiace dare un voto basso ma troppe pecche. La pulizia lascia a desiderare le lenzuola erano sporche e agli angoli della stanza polvere ovunque. Le aree comuni ed i corridoi puliti . La colazione davvero scarsa, i muffin troppo dolci e la scelta troppo limitata. Dulcin in fondo su 2 stanze entraMbe rumorose. Una abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla il rumore insostenibile arrivava da fuori e dall’interno. L’altra l’abbiamo tenuta ma il rumore era costante per tutta la notte. Siamo stati in diversi hotel nella zona di palm springs e purtroppo questo mi ha deluso

Have stayed here numerous times. Love the location. The artwork and pictures of Lucy and Desi from when he owned it to later years is a nice touch.

This hotel’s listing on Expedia is grossly misleading. We booked 3 rooms for our employees. After booking, we learned that our employees were being charged a $450 deposit per room, not disclosed on Expedia, that they had to pay themselves, which is outrageous, and $20 a night for parking that is supposed to be “optional.” Since there is no place to park within about 1/2 mile of the hotel, it is not really “optional.” This hotel should be thrown out of Expedia.

Very thin walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Hotel/resort is a bit rundown compared to the competitors in the area. Price is pretty expensive for what you are getting.

On May 7th, I had a deeply troubling experience at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel. Arriving around 7 pm, I was informed by the front desk that the king bed room I had booked and prepaid for was unavailable, offering me only a small double bed instead. When I requested to speak to a manager, David Weinberg approached me with rudeness, confirming that no room was available for me despite my booking. Upon questioning what could be done to rectify the situation, Mr. Weinberg suggested that my reservation could simply be canceled, allowing me to find accommodations elsewhere. His demeanor turned threatening when I probed further, culminating in him making derogatory remarks, explicitly calling me a "f***** Mexican," and threatening to call the sheriff to have me removed for trespassing. Feeling cornered and without other lodging options, I had to swallow my pride and accept the double bed room he reluctantly offered back after initially canceling my reservation. Throughout this exchange, Mr. Weinberg warned that any further complaints from me would result in losing even this inadequate accommodation. This incident left me humiliated and distressed, forcing me to remain in an unwelcoming environment due to a lack of alternatives. It was only after two days that I gathered the courage to report this unacceptable treatment. This experience at Indian Wells Resort Hotel was not only disappointing but deeply offensive.

Had a great stay. No complaints. The service was great. Arrived early and was able to get a room before check in. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. Plenty of parking. The pool was on the smaller side but clean. The location of the hotel was in a fantastic area. Overall, had a great stay. I would stay again.

Do not stay here. Hidden fees!!! They do not come off! Staff lies and tells you they will fall off. They don't! It's weird, not in a good way. It's dirty, has bugs, and we.

We’ve stayed at the Indian Wells Resort a number of times over many years and have enjoyed staying at this hotel. However, the cleanliness and upkeep have declined over the last couple of years. Last week, we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and the pool deck was not cleaned during our stay as the same trash and debris were there all three days. In addition, we found cockroaches in our room. We made the staff aware of this issue and they were apologetic and did offer us to move rooms. Also, we tried to order drinks from their menu and were told that they didn’t have a blender to make the drinks. We’re disappointed because we’ve loved staying here over the years but based on our last experience we are hesitant to return to the Indian Wells Resort!!

Stayed for 4 days, I was able to check in with no problem and the night staff gentleman was great. Once I got to the room though, oh boy. Phone wasn’t working, safe wasn’t working and the TV would loose signal every time I walked or moved in bed. I called the front desk in the morning and they did nothing. I had to end up using my personal phone to call for room service or needed fresh towels lol craziest experience ever. To finalize, I think the staff was ok but the facility is just an upper scale motel 6 with a balcony window.

This hotel is nostalgia place. Pool is very dirty, one day I tried but this is not an excuse for them, poor management for that. Internet connection is low sometimes but it did work. Last thing what I didn’t like is pillows are not in good shape at all and room smelled like humid. Overall 4/10, Good thing was staff, services and their smiles.
