This is a fun hotel to stay at. We loved the decor and the staff was top notch. I would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and the coffee bar in the reception area was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation!

My name is Jovan and I’m a medical device consultant. I travel quite frequently all over the world for work and this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had. After paying more than $1,400 for a 3 night stay, you would think that you would at least have HOT water to take a shower (which I didn’t have for the first few hours of my stay). On top of that the telephone in my room was broken, which caused me to take an ice cold shower just so that I can go downstairs to alert the staff. After my freezing cold shower and missing a Zoom meeting with the VP of Sales with the Fortune 500 company that brought me to Indianapolis, because there was no instructions on how to connect to WiFi in my room. After everything that I mentioned previously, I still kept my composure to go down and ask the hotel front desk staff to speak with a manager. I’ve never felt so disrespected, the lady went to the back and had me sitting in the lobby for several minutes, embarrassed as other hotel guests checked in, only for this woman to finally come back and give me every excuse in the world on why this happened to me, I am a Black man by the way, so if the same thing happened to someone else in the hotel that didn’t look like me, please feel free to prove my claim wrong. So after waiting and never speaking to a manager, which is all that I asked for, I was offered a discount that I still to this day have not received. I asked this people on 5 occasions for a receipt and still have yet to receive a receipt.

The decor was so stylish and the place was immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful in all the areas of the hotel and restaurants and talkative and amenable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

felt special from the moment you pulled in. Gentleman was nice to open the door for us. We were greeted very warmly and offered a bottle of champagne for my daughters birthday. Beautifully decorated hotel very quiet. Already planning our next trip back.

This hotel was unique and unlike a typical chain hotel. We were there for the eclipse, and the staff left a themed treat bag in our room.

Everything was great at the property from the moment you check in to the time you check out. Being HC and not able to walk well due to back issues, the front desk person helped me carry a bag to my room which was just inside the security door of the 2nd floor. They went out of their way to help. Restaurant Staff was extremally friendly and knew us the second day when we stopped in.

Excellent property excellent people and services. Very convenient location with ample dining and shopping options. If we were to nitpick the room could do with some more lighting in the night.. especially when the blinds and drawn. But wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

The building is cool and our suite was awesome with 2 big TV’s and huge windows (great to watch N.C.A.A. Basketball). The Air conditioning was fabulous and quiet! Ordering room service on an app was odd but the food was good. You can’t get alcoholic drinks (when you order room service) to be delivered to your room. That was weird. But a bottle of wine in the room was only $20. And fully stocked mini bar—if you choose.
