Worst hotel ever. To begin the sheets were dirty, there were giant brown streaks on the blankets. I asked for them to be replaced but they never did, not once during my entire stay. The phones did not work and they did not answer when I called from my cell phone so I had to go down stairs and place my order in person, the first morning I was there it took them 4 trips to get it correct. Worse part the first trip they delivered food but no silverware or the rest of my order, over 30 minutes and 4 failed attempts later... they still forgot my silverware to eat with. The second morning they still hadn't fixed the phones even though they promised they would. I called the front desk but no answer so yet again I had to walk down an place my order in person, again. They messed up my bill and tried to over charge me by more than $40. Also to note, this places charges $5 for tap water. For the prices, the food is not worth it. Their meal hours are very short and inconvenient. We stayed there multiple nights and needed clean towels. I requested clean towels and received none so, again, I had to walk down and get them myself. Every time I had an issue the management would direct me to their art galleries and start talking about the art instead of handling my issues. Also to note the beds are extra extra firm. If you like sleeping on the floor you will love these dirty beds

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and it's a 5-10 minute walk away from everything downtown. Only complaint is i got charged twice for parking in the garage and I'm not sure why.

For the price paid for a junior suite, I would expect nicer accommodations. The furniture was worn (couch was falling apart, corners of furniture was showing wear). The shower wasn’t clean. The painted trim was not done professionally as there was paint on the floor. The TV was entirely too small for the size of the room. Too many other items to list here. Location was good as we could walk to the event at the Fieldhouse.

Had no issues with our stay, the staff was friendly and the room was nice. You can tell there’s smaller cosmetic issues in the room like paint and the flooring in the bathroom. But that’s not a deal breaker for most people.

We absolutely loved this stay! If I had anything at all negative to say, it would be that I didn’t like the pillow. But that’s so individual, my family didn’t mind the pillow at all. Great stay and we would go again.

Closed the bar early, and when I tried to order room service 45 minutes before its supposed to stop I was put on hold and no one picked up the phone for 20 minutes so I gave up.

Parking is expensive and not included. Safe was dead in room and had to wait forever for maintenance when we needed to leave. Was told they would send housekeeping with a couple of things but they never showed up.

Nice hotel, except for the shower, which had very low volume. The pressure and temp ok, but the water volume was extraordinarily low... if you've got thick long hair, budget an extra hour to rinse the shampoo out.

We stay here exclusively when we travel to indy. We were a little disappointed as in all of our trips we have a big walk-in shower but this time we did not. We also had no complimentary water in our room which wasnt awesome and then on sat evening with no notice we got back from dinner and drinks and we notified maintenance of some kind meant no water would be working until 8am. So our shower before bed and toilets did not work. We’d love a credit for a night or something. If it wasnt so late we would have found other accommodations.

My wife and I stayed for just an evening away in the city. The hotel and the area were very nice with tons to do, however the first room we were given was average in size and accommodations. The chair in the room had a very large white stain on it looking like bodily fluids of some kind. I called the front desk and they were very quick to change my room and gave me an upgraded room which i thought was nice and the staff was very helpful. We were moved to a king studio on the residential side. The room was nice but still pretty average. This room also had some cleanliness issues though with a large wade of hair on the bathroom floor. The bed in this room was also not very comfortable. The bed was extremely hard making for a very poor nights sleep for both my wife and myself. I have stayed at several other comparable hotels in the city and for the price this is byfar the lowest on my list. Overall we were very unimpressed with this hotel. JW or even home 2you were much more comfortable options.

The bar/restaurant was so pretty! We enjoyed our suite. Loved having a balcony and the amount of space in the suite. I wish there were more extra bedding options in the closet for the pullout bed. A sheet for the pullout and thicker blankets preferably. Great location! We are so sad to hear about the back portion of the hotel (where our suite was) being turned into apartments. We hope that when the renovation is complete, suites similar to the one we stayed in, will be available with similar amenities!

I’ll start with the things I liked - location, great dining nearby. Things that need improving - the “upgraded” room we got was not in the best condition - makeup mirror was broken, shower was tiny and difficult to use, kitchenette had no silverware or plates, glassware, Website showed a breakfast buffet but according to hotel staff they had not that in several months. But the staff gave us name of great nearby restaurant so worked out fine.

This was an amazing hotel. The moment I walked in the fresh clean smell is the first thing I noticed. The only thing negative that I have to say about this hotel is, the hallways and elevator was freezing cold and they didn’t offer pancakes for breakfast. Other than that, great hotel!

Common areas are very nice, staff is great. Room was not very well cleaned, though, and I received a very early knock for housekeeping after a long night of travel. Not cool at all.

I would say there has to be some adjusting to the room details it says “California King” on the rooms and that is not what you get. The representatives seem to have a hard time communicating as well. Waited 15 for valet and the representative asked me if I wanted to put my car in valet since it was an older car. That did not make me feel good at all.
