We loved our stay at Hotel Bernerhof! It’s conveniently located right next to Interlaken West station, and there are grocery stores and many shops nearby. Breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful! There was a microwave in the basement which we used a lot :)

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bernerof and would gladly stay here again! It is conveniently located next to Interlaken West train & bus station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable with a beautiful view from our balcony and plenty of closet space to organise your belongings. Free breakfast is available every morning and the staff are super friendly! It was also a bonus having an EU socket in the room, so we didn't need to buy an adaptor. I highly recommend this hotel & would gladly stay here again in all my visits to Interlaken 😊

这个酒店就在West的对面，走路30秒（过个马路），房间比较小，但是我觉得五脏俱全，我是一个人旅行所以觉得挺好的，还有个小阳台，而且距离一个中餐小馆特别近，吃完了溜达溜达，附近还有个大超市，缺什么了可以去买买~

Amazing place to stay! The location of the hotel is literally in front of Interlaken West station and the front desk takes his time explaining all the details on what to do, where to go and how to get around as part of the check in process. One of the best customer service and experience I had. The hotel provide free breakfast and that helps with saving some money.

this is the best stay i have in Swiss!!! from the reception staff(an old man), till housekeeping women, and breakfast, everything is so perfect and unforgetable.

The hotel is located near the Interlaken West train station , only takes 5 mins walk . A lot of shops & restaurants nearby , very convenient. The room desk staff Doreen was very helpful & nice . The room was clean & cozy , the bathroom was big , could see its new renovation & modern . The breakfasts were good . I would love to stay here again if I have chance to visit Interlaken again in future. 😊👍

We stayed a total of 4 nights at Hotel Bernerhof. Hotel is 2 minutes away from the train/bus station which is very convenient for travelling around. Hotel staff were very friendly and we're thankful for their hospitality which made our stay in Interlaken very enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious and has a view of the surrounding Alps.

The reception staff member was so warm and welcoming on arrival. He provided us with an Interlaken discount card and maps etc. He arranged taxis and gave us tips about the town. The best in any European hotel we have ever stayed. Breakfast was great. Rooms have been recently renovated and are right on the Main Street and near Interlaken West train station.

The day we arrived we were greeted by a very kind and patient man. He explained to us in detail where we were, what we could do, he showed us the facilities and he was very attentive to making sure we understood everything. The hotel is very comfortable, the room is clean and it has a balcony. The hotel is in front of the Interlaken West station so it was great for us because we got to all the places from there. We loved it and stayed for five days.

Amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was friendly and you can’t beat the location. Right across Interlaken West were you can take the train or buses. The hotel gives you the transportation guest card and explain everything in detail. Will be coming back!

Just steps away from the Interlaken West train and bus station, this clean, comfortable and quiet hotel has very friendly staff, a coffee machine, and a fantastic breakfast to start your day. The rooms are basic, but very clean. The bedding was very comfortable and the shower is hot. The hotel is also very close to shops and different restaurants. I think this is my favorite hotel in Switzerland. I recommend this sweet hotel with no hesitation.

This was my favorite hotel of our entire trip. For the money, I rate this a 5-star hotel. Everything about the hotel and our room was top notch, including the WiFi and breakfast. I will certainly be coming back here whenever I return to Interlaken.

The hotel counter staff was very helpful, we arrived close to 5 pm and he recommended we took the lake cruise to Thun at 6.10 pm. That help us to have more time on the 2nd day to do more activities. The hotel facilities were great, taking consideration of the customer. We could took a tea drink in the afternoon at the reception area daily. The place was very clean and it is right close to the train station. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Warm and welcoming hospitality! Grüessech! So close to Train and bus station and bahnhofquai. It made a great home base for going to different cities (Spiez, Bern, Thun, Mürren, Gimmelwald and Lauterbrunnen.) Oh … did i tell you about the view from the balcony.. We had an awesome view of the Jungfraujoch. Yes, We will be back and we will not hesitate to stay here again!

I have so much enjoyed my stay in interlaken and i can tell you its the hotel that made this experience extra special.. when i was looking to book that was the only descent option but i was not sure but booked it and i can tell you it is better than many 4-5 star hotels i have been in and paid way more.. the highlight is it is clean, no carpets in the room, all updated from inside, great location by the interlaken west.. breakfast, every room has a terrance and mountain views.. and the best part is the staff.. the most friendly and helpful staff i have encountered to date in my travels.. Jerome was my absolute favourite.. he is a kind, pleasant and really helps deep from his heart.. i saw him spending good time with every client even if there is a long line and does not rush and gives you all what you need.. all are nice and kind but Jerome was my fav.. he is a kind human who really wants you to have the best time in Switzerland and gave such a positive view about all swiss people.. keep up the amazing work for the management and all the employees.. thank you for making my three day memorable..

Greatly exceeds expectations
I am a frequent traveller and this hotel exceeds my expectations in every possible way. Clean and quiet room, prime location, free breakfast, large and comfortable bed, amazing mountain view, responsive service over the telephone. The quality of this hotel is on par with the international chains like Marriott and Hilton.
