Dear Nicholas,Please accept our apologies. We welcome pets but we ask that owners take responsibility for care and control of their animals. It sounds like this did not happen in this instance. Our front desk staff are on site 24 hours a day to respond to guests and we wish we had, had the opportunity to fix this situation in real time.
