While we do have our wonderful front desk staff available remotely 24/7, not having someone stuck at a desk helps us to pass those savings onto our wonderful guests! While we may argue that we are more than a simple budget hotel (not to toot our own horn!) we are thrilled to hear you had a nice stay and found everything as needed. You don't have to worry about waiting in line or your room being given away if you are getting in after dark. We also have someone working the front desk remotely 24 hours a day so if you need anything, you can always give us a call or press one of the ring bells located both inside and outside the lobby and we would be more than happy to assist!

Hi Scott,There are several signs posted outside of the lobby and within the lobby area with instructions on what to do when you arrive.If you don't have a phone, you can simply ring one of two video door bells in the lobby to get immediate assistance. We did not forget to send your information, our system is designed to send it automatically at 12 noon the day of check in to each guest. You may have given us the incorrect phone number when you made your reservation, or it sounds like a service may have booked it for you, they could have passed along this information.If you need assistance with another night, once again just call the number or text us. There is the signage in the lobby and in your guest room with information on how to contact our front desk (phone numbers, text, or the door bell). Also our housekeeping team and management team is on site every day at 9am, simply ask anyone wearing a branded Nomad shirt. We're sorry you were confused by the process, we try and make it easy and quick to access your room. Most guests find it super convenient.Thank you,
