Firstly, I would like to say that we do care and are indeed very passionate about Mor Carraig. I am very sorry that this is your impression. With reference to your private message regarding your concern with the electrics, our electrician went out to the house and reported back that everything was in order and complied with all regulations. With regards to providing some provisions on arrival, we don’t do this because Mor Carraig is a self catering property and people choose this type of accommodation so they have the flexibility to plan and provide their own food. We have spent time looking into the cleaning of Mor Carraig and our best options to ensure high standards in every change over. We have now hired a local cleaning and laundry company who have been highly recommended. The curtain ring that had come off the pole which you mentioned in your private message only took you a period of two seconds to fix. I think maybe the window cleaner could have perhaps accidentally done this and not realised. I understand that this is not very welcoming when first entering a property and do apologise for this. You did not previously mention an issue with the bedding but new sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases were bought last year. As discussed in our private message, I wish you had contacted our manager who could have helped address many of your concerns.
