albergo confortevole centrale e prezzo giusto.
tutto ok tranne come gli altri soggiorni wifi a singhiozzo per un business man è un problema, e poi il concierge gentile ma fra arrotondamenti vari frega sempre sul cambio euro/lire turche piccoli dettagli ma danno fastidio perché il viaggiatore non è ingenuo, saluti.

Cheya is a 3 star hotlel but it can easily beat many of 5 star hotels in Istanbul, compared to my previous fancy 5 start hotels in Bodrum and Kusadasi, its a little old and not fancy - you have all you need - but hotel staff was very helpful and supportive, also postive vibe. hotel location is fabulous. Its warm as home. next time in Istanbul its our only choice. Also there is a great night life and 2 double layer windows for noise control. So thank you.

Resepsiyondan gece gündüz çalışanlarına kadar kendimizi evimizde ailemzle birlikte hissettirecek kadar samimi ve iyi bir hizmet aldık.Otelin konumu harika biz seçtiğimiz odadan çok memnun kaldık.Bize taksi bulmak için yağmurda yolda taksi çevirmeye çalışan pesonelinden akşam geldiğimiz de üşümüzsünüz sevgimi katarak size bir türk kahvesi yapayım diyen personele kadar hayal mi gerçek mi acaba bu hizmet diye şaşırdık.Otelin kurucusu ve tüm çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyoruz.İnsanlığın bir fiyatı olmadığını ticari bir işletmenin de kalbi olabileceğini bize gösterdiniz.Bundan sonra hep sizdeyiz sevgilerimizle

Nice Small Hotel
Nice little hotel, not far from the waterfront. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and they had a good free breakfast. If you take a taxi from the airport, make sure he stays on the main roads. Mine drove 15 minutes on narrow back streets, while the hotel is just off of a 6 lane boulevard. Don’t just trust the phone map route.

Temizlik iyiydi odalar küçük. Yataklar rahat fakat sabaha karşı olan temizlik sesleri ve personelin birbiriyle tatışması sonucu uyandık. Uzak mesafeden gece 12 de otele vardım sabah 8 de kadın personelin diğerine bağrışlarıyla uyandım. Kapıya çıkıp ne oluyor orda kim var dediğimde kusura bakmayın bi tartışma oldu da dendi. Tartışma olmasada cumartesi sabahı saat 8 de personelin temizlik sesleri haşur huşur sürekli poşet sesleri malesef bizi çok rahatsız etti. Oda şartları iyi fakat penceremiz yoktu yangın merdiveni görüyor. Resepsyonda ki personel iyilerdi. Teşekkür ederim.

İnsan ödediği paranın karşılığını görmek istiyor.
Ekonomik oda şeklinde 18m2 denilen asla 18m2 olmayan küçücük bir odada 1 gece kaldım. Banyoda duşakabinde yerde uzun muhtemelen kadın saçı kılları mevcuttu. Oda özensiz ve eski görünümde. Allahtan havlular, çarşaf, yastık yüzleri temizdi. Hiçbir şekilde ses izolasyonu yok, diğer odalardan yapılan konuşmalar ver bilumum diğer sesler net bir şekilde duyuluyordu. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği çok az. Kahvaltı yapıp kalkanların tabakları alınmadan uzun bir süre bekliyordu. Bir tek personel vardı o da çok alakalı değildi (kahvaltımı uzun yaptım gözlemledim). Yani diyeceğim oki 1 gece konaklamaya 1777 TL, kahvaltıya da 320 TL ödedim, kesinlikle değmez. Kimseye de bu oteli önermem. Umarım yazdıklarımla otelde olumlu değişikliler olurda daha sonra kalacak insanlar hayal kırıklığı yaşamazlar. Teşekkürler.

Beşiktaşta(conrad otelde) akşam katılmam gereken bir organizasyon için bir gecelik konaklama ve aracımı park edebileceğim güvenli bir alana ihtiyacım vardı oda temiz yeterince ferah personel iyiydi beklentimi karşıladığını rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim konum olarak da harika bir yerdeydi.

The information given about the hotel was unreal, the pictures and the photos of the hotel were fake. (I have booked for a family suite which consists of three bedrooms, living room and kitchen, but unfortunately they provide me three adjacent rooms.) When I complained to Expedia, they were very slow in responding, it’s took them 4 days to give me a bad response,I have not received any help, It’s look like that l am trapped and the customer service from Expedia told me we can’t do anything for you. Really my trip was a nightmare and it is clear now that Expedia is not trusted anymore.
