Good location......and easy to reach also by public transportation......unfortunately the staff is not as professional as a 5 star Hotel should provide. The staff did the best to be helpful to our needs but all the time like we were asking something unusual or ununderstandable by them....however they put a good effort to be helpful

Excellent, as usual...the service is outstanding. Only one minor issue is the traffic noise that, for those very sensitive could be disturbing - if you're one of those ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Highly recommended hotel!

I was already familiar with Divan; however, had not seen the spa which adds to the convenience and completes the stay. It is a gem of a boutique hotel among the highrises around it, built and furnished in high quality, timeless pieces and the staff is very professional yet friendly.

Terrible rooms and dysfunctioning toilet
We checked in just after Christmas. Our first room was placed on a smoking floor despite asking for it to be non-smoking. The next room had a dysfunctional toilet. The spa asks you to cover your hair but no one follows this rule it is instead just a money making rule to force people to buy swim caps that they conveniently sell for a 1000% mark up. Overall disappointed.
