Posizione strategica, cortesia e eleganza
Un ottima esperienza. Prima volta ad Istanbul. Posizione magnifica, molto strategica. Consigliato per spostarsi nelle zone più interessanti. Grande disponibilità da parte dello staff. Un ottimo hotel e viaggiando molto non se ne vedono tanti così.

3 giorni a Istanbul
Istanbul è incantevole e romantica, le persone pronte ad aiutarti in ogni situazione. L'albergo è molto elegante e curato, bella la spa, la posizione dal punto di vista logistico è buona a piedi in 5 minuti sei nella parte più turistica della città, mentre con il tram T1 la cui fermata è davanti all'albero si può raggiungere gran parte della città incluso l'aeroporto, colazione è molto ricca e assortita. L'unica nota negativa per un albergo a 5 stelle è la vista delle camere, nel mio caso non bella, come anche la vista del ristorante in terrazza non è paragonabile a quella di molti altri hotel con terrazza e vista incantevole di Istanbul.

Hotel centrale vicino al gran bazar e non distante della moschea blu. Hotel nuovo, ottima struttura con annessa una eccezionale SPA disponibile dalle 10 alle 22., gratuitamente . Personale gentile ma nessuno parla l' italiano. camere molto confortevoli. Da consigliare ....

Ottimo hotel vicino principali monumenti
Viaggio "lampo" di un giorno e mezzo a Istanbul. Grazie al tour ottimamente organizzato siamo riusciti a vedere i principali punti di interesse e perfino a fare una mini crociera sul Bosforo.

Es war schrecklich laut, obwohl kein Fenster offen.Wir konnten maximal 2 Std./Nacht schlafen. Ein Autogehupe und Geschrei auf der Strasse. Würden Hotel nicht mehr buchen!! Das Zimmer hatte keine 30 qm wie angegeben, es war schmal und eng, für 3 Personen ein Käfig. Auch oberes Stockwerk konnten wir nicht haben, obwohl wir bei der Rezeption darum, so wie bei der Buchung darum gebeten haben. Wir wurden dauernd vertröstet, aber kein Erfolg. Wenn das Hotel kein oberes Stockwerk mehr zur Verfügung hat, müssen sie das angeben. Wir hätten dann ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Zum Urlaub gehört auch schlafen und nicht die Nacht über ärgern.Für die Schlafstörungen war das Zimmer viel zu teuer !!. Wir sind Hilton Kunden auf der ganzen Welt, haben Member-Nr. auch angegeben, aber kein upgrade erhalten, und nie so einen schlaflosen Urlaub verbracht !

We always use Hilton’s when travelling it’s a brand that we trust unfortunately on this occasion both Hilton and Expedia have let us down . Firstly let’s focus on the positives , the hotel is just opposite the tram stop unfortunately not the best end of town to stay with surrounding restaurants “ I use this term very sparingly are terrible “ and if you fancy drink in or around this area a apart from the hotel which charges €10 for a 33cl bottle of beer your stuck . The area that the hotel is in is undergoing massive construction works laying new pavements and this work take place overnight outside the hotel on the first evening all night we had diggers and pneumatic drills ..as you can imagine we didn’t sleep ! The next day this was pointed out to the reception whom abruptly pointed out this noise has nothing to do with them after much debate they agreed to move the room to the back of the hotel thus reducing any noise . My point is we lost 1 days holiday as we became so tired with this noise the hotel should show compassion and offer compensation . My gripe lies with both Expedia and Hilton whom should have informed us of these works as not only the noise but when you left the hotel my wife who has an issue with her hip found it exceptionally challenging getting up the make shift steps into the hotel . If your thinking of booking this hotel please think long and hard as it’s not in the best area and really does need some TLC as the rooms are looking very dated ..

The most comfortable beds
I think Hilton Hotels have the most comfortable beds! The room was quiet and the perfect temperature and we slept very well. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Only minor issue was being woken by the cleaning staff at 9am when we were having a lie-in. I would have liked the option to reuse our towels to minimise our environmental impact.
