Una brutta esperienza. Nonostante il prezzo economico,in due, ci siamo trovati d'avanti una situazione disgustosa.Una camera circa 9 mq.che non bastava ne anche per una persona,chiusa da tutte le parti con due finestrini. Il bagno non era male. La lenzuola per coprirsi era di una piazza.In quattro notti , nessuno non e venuto a pulire.,ne sostituzioni di sapone ,shampo ecc. Il bello era che l'albergo era quasi vuoto. Io e la mia famiglia viaggiamo sempre da anni, con Expedia, e ci siamo trovati generalmente bene.Come questa volta , mai. Ho scritto perche vedo una cosa importante : QUANDO SONO PREZZI SUPERECONOMICI IL TRATTAMENTO CAMBIA IN UN MODO EVIDENTE,quasi maltrattamento. Secondo me' questo e' uno dei punti deboli di questo servizio. La responsabilita' e' di quello che io pago.Ringraziando per la vostra collaborazione,vi mando i miei saluti, Adnan Sukaj

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza ho avuto il problema della camera in quanto credo che ci abbiano dato la stanza più piccola di tutto l'albergo, sarà stata 3x3, senza finestra, quindi caldissima. Per poter usufruire dell'armadietto bisognava spostare il letto. Al mio ragazzo uscivano i piedi in fondo al letto da quanto era corto. La doccia era rotta. Quindi la mia esperienza non è stata positiva ma credo che non sia stato cosi per tutti, ho visto di sfuggita un altra stanza e mi sembrava carina.

Ottima sistemazione a 2 passi dalla Moschea Blu
Abbiamo appena trascorso 4 notti nella magnifica Istanbul. All'inizio eravamo un pò "spaventati" dalle recensioni di questo hotel ed invece siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti! Posizione ottima a 2 passi dalla Moschea Blu, da Topkapi e dalla Cisterna Basilica. Il personale dell'hotel è molto carino e disponibile, la colazione è inclusa nel prezzo. Certo se siete alla ricerca del lusso sfrenato andate altrove, ma se vi accontentate di un ambiente pulito e confortevole non esitate e prenotate un soggiorno presso questo hotel!

l'albergo centralissimo
l'albergo è appena stato ristrutturato , quindi è molto pulito e confortevole . forse le camere non sono molto grandi , ma per turismo vanno bene , anche perchè la struttura è a pochissimi minuti da piazza sulthanamet . personale molto disponibile , con un buon inglese parlato,per cui direi un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

sarnic west hotel
ho prenotato al sarnic west hotel ma esso non esiste più .... ora si chiama Istanbul Holiday hotel, quindi ho avuto estrema difficoltà nel trovarlo. la camera doppia che avevo prenotato era microscopica senza armadio!! il letto minuscolo attaccato alla parete ! sotto al letto ho scoperto un mondo : fatto di resti degli avventori precedenti!! lo sconsiglio vivamente! poco corretti

A un passo dalla Moschea Blu a un prezzo ragione
L'albergo e' centralissimo veramente a due passi dalla Moschea Blu e da tutti i monumenti principali di Sultanahmet il quartiere storico.La struttura è nuova dotata di ascensore .La mia era una stanza economica .Mobili nuovi e pulitissima ma difetto era veramente piccola ,entrava giusto il letto matrimoniale e il piccolo minibar. armadio tipo credenza. Il bagno invece era spazioso con una bella doccia. la colazione era di ispirazione turca gustosa è abbastanza assortita. nel complesso il giudizio è positivo anche perché alla fine della stanza ci stai veramente il minimo sindacale per riposarti perché per vedere la città veramente devi correre! Ottima qualità prezzo, centrale, vicino i principali punti di interesse della città, vicino la fermata del tram per e da l'aeroporto, personale molto accogliente, camera tenuta bene e confortevole, buona pulizia del bagno, silenzioso. Certo non è un hotel di lusso.

Settimana a Istanbul
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per una settimana nel periodo di agosto. Aspetti positivi: wifi in camera, pulizia giornaliera molto buona, camera,seppur piccola, molto funzionale. Personale disponibile a spiegazioni e informazioni, disponibilità ticket per alcuni luoghi di interesse direttamente in reception allo stesso prezzo di vendita. L'albergo si trova a 5min a piedi da Hagia Sofia e nei pressi dell'albergo si può trovare praticamente di tutto (ATM SOTTO ALBERGO). Aspetti negativi: mancavano alcuni comfort, per esempio non c'era telecomando tv e quello dell'aria condizionata ci ha dato alcuni problemi. Esteticamente non è ricercato, anzi in determinati aspetti lascia molto a desiderare. Tutto sommato giudizio più che positivo, lo consiglieremo a chiunque!!!!!

Hotel per modo di dire. Stanze piccolissime e la suite con vista su una discarica interna del palazzo. Colazione minimalista e con evidente fastidio da parte del personale. Tariffe assurde anche su expedia. Evitare !!!

Deludente
Sembra che a Istanbul gli hotel abbiano camere di piccole dimensioni, ma questo certamente non è dei migliori. Non ho trovato l'armadio, né una sedia e neppure la cassaforte. Il segnale wireless in camera deboluccio e la colazione appena sufficiente. Anche se Expedia mi ha invogliato con un'ottimo sconto, ho verificato sul posto che con la stessa cifra avrei potuto avere di molto meglio!

This property was really scary and pathetic. The images of the room that we got on the website while booking the room online was completely opposite that what we actually got the room in reality. The room was very small in size with 2 tiny beds for 2 adults. The room was full of mosquitoes in the night time and we couldn’t sleep properly during our stay. Besides, room was completely stinky and commode seat was broken which was sliding completely from right to left while using it. We had to book another hotel at our another cost though we had booked this hotel for 2 nights.

Excellent location!
We stayed here for a week with our kids. The breakfast was okay. They have the traditional turkish breakfast with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, egg, cheese and bread. Cereals for the kiddos. We checked in early, they were able to accommodate us 2 hours prior to checkin. Customer service was a little slow, but not terrible. The rooms are smaller, needs some repairs, holes on the walls and shower wasnt as clean as other hotels. After the first night i told my husband we need to check out and go someplace else. However, upon exploring the area at night, we were surprised beyond belief. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk to Arasta Bazaar! Maybe even less than that. Lovely, bright restaurants and cafes, tons and tons of shops. Happy about our discovery, we walked another 2-3 minutes and there was the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia! Every tourists dream. Since we stayed for a week, we saved SO much money just walking! Everything is literally right there! Nice Hanams (turkish bath), many many restaurants! Grand Bazaar was maybe a 15 minute walk. And right next door to the hotel is a Spa! Literally 3 5 steps away from the hotel. And even better, next to the spa is a travel agency where we booked our tickets to a dinner cruise. Sure the hotel isnt 5 star. But it was worth it for us. A place to sleep comfortably, have a simple breakfast, SAVE money. We ended up staying the entire time. Staff were friendly and gave us everything we needed. I will most definitely stay again!

Pictures are not what is actual. The place is clean but cause the worn out furniture and decore you would think it is dirty. And google took me to the worng address. Then I found that if a place is poorly rated they change the name of the hotel and location or they swap places.

Gefallen hat uns das Frühstück, nettes reinigungspersonal Gar nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Zimmer nicht schallisoliert sind und man aufgrund dessen nachts immer wieder aufgewacht ist, weil die Türen sich nur schwer und laut schließen ließen Unser Zimmer war ohne Fenster zur Außenwelt, sondern zum Hotelflur und Klimaanlagenschacht, dies wird in der Beschreibung nicht im Ansatz klar Aufzug war fast dauerhaft defekt und meiner Meinung nach unsicher, Schimmel Befand sich in der Toilette, Dusche wer 5 Tage lang zwar nutzbar aber grob defekt

Overall not met the requirements. The ac was orignally working. Requestes 2 x single beds per room but got 1 room with double. Advised and told them about the messages i sent yet they were like no. The breakfast was absolutly crap. The tea kept running out. The cake kept running out and eggs. When asked for more got told finished. They then gave us another room with 2 single beds. The room was small and cramped. The beds were not single beds and smaller than small beds. The ventilation was absolutely non existent. The staff werent very helpful at all. Asked for hot watee for tea but apparently they didnt have any. 30 mins later apparently hot water became existent. We took some cups in our room as we wanted to have tea. The staff came and kncoked on our door. I advised him allready told your receptionist and he said ok. Overall the experience was not good never mind excellent. Sink was cracked. The electric tripped. The other room had a shower blockage. I wouldnt be staying here again

Points positifs : - emplacement idéal proche des monuments et tramway - chambre propre, nettoyage quotidien des chambres Points négatifs : - le receptionniste ne parle pas correctement anglais - pas de bouilloire dans les chambres - frigidaire ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres - la Wi-Fi est très faible et parfois ne fonctionne pas - peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner

C'est la honte que le site d'expédia agrée des hôtels de ce genre. très sales, moisissures, tapisserie arrachées, fils électriques apparents... J'ai demandé le remboursement en vain.

not very happy
Difficult to communicate since a few of them speak English, I left my suitcase there for keeping while going to Cappadocia when I got back they couldn't find the suitcase said that I never left it there, finally after some argue they manage to find it but very dirty and stained

The staff was great, very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was kept very clean and I loved the location as it was all around walking distance to all the places I wanted we wanted to visit. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we are in the area

The location is convenient for visiting the main attractions on the old side (european side) of Istanbul. Most interesting points are at walking distance. The bedsheets and towels are clean, but the mattress and pillow did not sleep very comfortable. Also the bathroom feels awkward as there is mold in every corner. Wires for mirror light sticking out and in wet area this feels unsafe. The noise from other guests came right through the wall and at 5am / 6am you’re woken up by the mosque morning prayer calls. If all this doesn’t bother you too much the place is reasonably ok for a night or (max) 2.
