Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service.

Oda temizliğinin yetersizliği, yerdeki saçlar, tıkalı lavabo gideri beklentilerimizi karşılayamadı! Ouzo Restaurant deneyimimiz, programımıza ücret almıyoruz deyip menüde olmayan balık ve mezelere aşırı abartılmış hesap, otelde kalış için ödediğimiz fiyattan daha fazla olması nedeniyle bir daha gelmeyeceğimiz gerçeğini bize gösterdi!!!!

The hotel was clean and very nice. The breakfast was not very good. Many options but all of the hot food was not very good tasting. Also, there was loud music booming in the room till late at night - past 2300. Also, the food was insanely expensive. For example a burger on room service is 30€. Basic burger. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable.
