Ho dato un punteggio positivo semplicemente perché il personale molto gentile e disponibile e mi dispiace per il loro lavoro. Ma ragazzi, cibo il peggiore mangiato in una struttura alberghiera, le camere con la vasca in camera da letto è a 3 piani sotto terra. Ha un odore di fogna. Il bar nella hol sembra un rifugio per senza tetto. Il bar sul tetto, cioè piscina sul tetto, chiuso, cioè aperto ma una discarica praticamente. Non saprei cosa potrebbe classificarlo in un albergo di 5 stelle. Meno male che ha fianco c'è il ristorante che è sempre aperto. Che non c'entra con l'hotel. Con i soldi che abbiamo speso li potevamo scegliere un buon hotel a 4 stelle. Ho letto i commenti negativi su booking ma pensavo si riferisse al precedente gestione. Brutta esperienza!

Struttura caratterizzata da ambienti fastosi e classicheggianti in stile riprenotatadondante tipicamente turco. Prenotata camera superior ma assegnata camera base.Infruttuosi e mal riusciti tentativi di cambiamento stanza, di male in peggio. Al fine desistito. Scarsa pulizia stanze senza cambio biancheria.

We did generally enjoy our stay at the beginning the people at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming and throughout our stay they were nice and smiley too. Offered us tea and coffee on arrival. Also offered to move our room because we had a child and it would be noisy downstairs. I think they were repairing the room next to us and working on it because there was rubble on the floor some days we would go to our room. Our room was cleaned daily which was helpful. I didn’t enjoy breakfast as didn’t like the options available but this may be just my personal preference. The staff during breakfast weren’t very friendly and wouldn’t say they were doing their best to be accommodating. The clown they hired though was very nice and good for the children! I think for the amount of days we stayed four it was an ok stay but wouldn’t be able to stay there longer than that. If you are looking for a super modern place this isn’t for you it’s very traditional decoration a lot of gold!

Very unprofessional staff . We booked the room with the hammam and paid the full price just so they can tell us that they over booked and the room is not available. On top of that no compensation they downgraded our room with no refund or anything. Very rude behaviour as it’s a favour they giving you .

No idea where to start. Stayed here for 10 days. Initially it was welcoming and it took around 30 minutes to get to our room. We were given a small room with a Jacuzzi when we ordered a family suite. We were upgraded the next day however there was still a bed missing. We were given a poor extra bed. in general our stay wasn’t great. After being told the Spa Sauna etc was available upon check in none of it was open during the stay. We would ask the hotel for something and they would take half an hour; and sometimes they never came at all! Even after asking 3 times in a row, room service food was extremely overpriced and mediocre, buffet breakfast and dinner was nice and free. housekeeping only made the beds, in addition to this we couldn’t sleep at night for the last few days as the AC was not working! Only good thing was the Area around the hotel and the general look of the hotel, rooms were not bad also. Staff were friendly however I would definitely advise against staying here unless they seriously improve. 3 star hotel at most, definitely not 5 star as they claim. The reviews are real and I would advise staying elsewhere unless the budget and area is fine for you.

Booked 6 nights in premium sweet and spar room . It was very shock thae room tow floors under the ground, stemes and Dull lighting walk to the room. Try to use the spar in the Room power went off after 5 minutes of use. Small kitten was making noise in the midnight. Was very bad experience haven't used it again. It is very high volume of travler. staff want give you much attention. Tried to avoid you. Because they're very busy. I dint recommend this proparty for a leisure stay It is good only for shopping.

Girişte otopark için bir sorun yaşadık, rezervasyon yaparken sitede otopark var görünüyordu, en önemli tercih nedenimizden biri bu hizmetti. ancak otopark olmadığı ve çevrede ki otoparka götürebileceğimiz söylendi. Sitede otopark hizmeti olduğunu sorgulayıp, dogrulatınca hızlı bir biçimde çözümlediler ücretsiz olarak.

Service minded personale, som var meget behjælpelige. Bade faciliteterne var ok. Maden smagte fint dog med et meget begrænset sortiment. B.la. var morgenmaden og aftensmaden stort set det samme under hele vores ophold. Værelserne var i dårlig stand - der lugtede af kloak. Vi var på ferie sammen med et vennepar, som også klagede over dårlig lugt på deres værelse. På trods af den daglige rengøring var værelserne generelt beskidte, der var mange insekter og snavs under sengene.

Es war jeden Abend zu laut, jeden Abend gabs eine Party, Ober uns war ein Restaurant, und man hat die ganze Nacht gehört wie getanzt und gesprungen wurde. Nach mehrmaligen Anrufe, bei der Rezeption wurde die Musik ausgeschalten. Aber danach wurde aufgeräumt die Stühle und die Tische wurden hin und her verschoben. In der Früh das selbe, Vorbereitung fürs Frühstück genau das selbe, man kann ganze Zeit ein qutischen von den Möbeln gehört. Keine Chance auszuschlafen ❕❕ ich würde es niemandem empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Maisonette suit.

Worst hotel experience ever
The worst hotel experience i ever had I booked room for 2 adults with two big beds and they gave me two sofa beds dont even fit for two kids , the staff at reception are so rude and have zero professionalism , after stressfull arguments they moved me to another room, the bathtub was leaking and again they moved me to another room where i had one bed only for two adults and they offered sofa for the second person mot even a bed , and i could hear all the noice of the kids and people from the neighbors room because there is door between two different room i barely was able to relax pr sleep , dont be deceived by the pictures because all the rooms are totally different from pictures and all fake Swimming pool facilities dirty and staff are so impolite and rude also, the hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars hotels , i was really frustrated staying in this hotel, do yourself a favor and dont waste your money booking this hotel I think the manager is sleeping and doesn’t care about what’s going on there

Wyndham should remove their name from this hotel.
One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. Don’t even think to stay there unless you want an unhappy vacation. 1- first night when I checked in the reception gave us the room card without telling us anything. When we reach the room we found that it’s a regular room (we booked suite) and when i went back to him he said yes i know you booked suite but we are fully booked and tomorrow we will change your room !!! So why you didn’t tell this before !!! He said don’t worry we will give you a free dinner. I told him we don’t want free dinner we need our suite. He said I can’t do anything to you. 2- second day when I asked them to change our room to suite they act in the beginning that they didn’t know. Then they said let the guy who promised you to change to change your room, even though they know in their system that i booked a suite. 3- when we moved to suite the bid was broken, the air condition was not working perfectly (they admit that but said we can’t do anything to you) and a cockroach in toilet founds. 4- each time a asked for compensation because of the first night they said only free dinner we can offer based on owner instructions!! Which is not suitable for me. Even they refused to give me the price difference for the first night. 4- the suite and other rooms was underground and no windows!!. 5- all corridors are too narrow and no way for two persons can walk together.

The rooms are small the windows are old so you hear all the noise from the street the style and the design is horrible . They are trying to renovate the place the building is full of workers , renovating here and there what makes all the hotel super dirty .Average Rooms have no cabinet for clothes, so small there is no place to even put your luggage on the floor . The whole thing is a ripoff shall be maximum 3 star but more like a 2 star hotel with 15-18 sqm rooms . I dont recommend it take any other hotel for the same price .

I don’t know where to start. We moved rooms 3x. We came back from the pool and the whole door to our room was removed without being notified. Our luggage and stuff was all out on display. Second room had no ac. 3rd room was 2 floors below ground. Hotel needs lots of updating. Hopefully with the Wyndham taking over it will be much better. The staff at first was not friendly. But after being at the front desk daily, we became great friends. There’s only so much they can do if they don’t have the resources. Rooms are very small.

We paid for upgraded room, and got an underground basement room without the two double beds and sofa bed, and got two roll up beds and no sofa, so when they brought in the two roll up beds the room became very small and cluttered. They have an amazing sauna in the room, but how would one use it without having ventilation. No windows. Jacuzzi worked fine. Room felt like it was wet from previous uses since it can’t vent out. Color of lights was weird inside the room could not make out why. Only gave 2 towels for 4 people, when asked for more non arrived till the following day, when I had to take myself. The staff tries hard, but most barely speak English, but they try. Reception is overwhelmed because only one guy speaks English. The concierge service is great and they really try to help guest explore the city in a great way. 1000% credit to them. Their effort made us totally overlook the hotels shortcomings. But make sure to have an ATM card ready, since most services want only cash, (tax avoidance), the hotel more than anywhere else. Great location, Roof top pool amazing, but can’t use a T-shirt to protect from sun. Roof top bar was missing much if it’s menu or water, they ran out in a city that has everything down the street. Istanbul is an awesome dynamic, vibrant city, with friendly people and defiantly recommend for 4 nights max.

Positif : chambre avec jaccuzi en plus de la salle de bain, équipements neufs, nettoyage parfait, petit dej buffet à volonté gargantuesque, la déco, les prestations, les deux piscines, le pool house en roof top avec DJ, le sauna et le hamam en free access. Personnel aux petits soins, multilingues. Retour avec tarif réduit en passant par la conciergerie. Négatif : étage en sous sol pour notre chambre, couloirs bruyants suivants les voisins, pas de fenêtre. Je le recommande vivement!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I was very disappointed with this hotel for several reasons: 1. On our arrival, our room wasn’t available and they gave us 2 separate rooms (next to each other) which wasn’t convenient since we have children. 2. The rooms were on the lower ground floor, below a restaurant and night club, which means that the noise level was horrible - no need to say that we hardly slept the first night. 3. They gave us the family suite we booked on the second day but had no water in the room on the 3rd day from 10am till 3am the next day - they kept telling us that it will come back within 30 mins but nothing happened - we couldn’t clean or use the toilets after a long day out sightseeing. 4. Work was being done on our floor, there were drilling noises constantly, making it impossible to relax in the room, and furniture / mattresses / building materials were being stored in the corridors, which were quite hazardous to navigate as a result. 5. Minimum cleaning was carried out in our room everyday - change of towels and emptying the bins, the beds were not made, no new water bottles were given - this is highly disappointing for a 5* hotel. 6. The indoor swimming pool was really cold, it is not a heated swimming pool which was very surprising for a 5* hotel in Turkey, and only one sauna and one steam room were working - the other facilities were out of order. The towels provided were all damaged with holes, tears and bleach marks.

To address your concerns,Being located on the ground floor under a restaurant and nightclub resulted in excessive noise levels resulting in a lack of sleep on your first night, please know that our hotel is located in a very famous area full of nightclubs and brand name shops, which means that the noises are very normal in this case.Adding, dear guest, that our housekeeping department tries their best to make the rooms clean and comfortable every time, as we set a schedule for them, as guest convenience is our daily goal.Given the many issues you encountered, it's understandable that you were disappointed with your stay. It would be advisable to share your feedback directly with hotel management, allowing them to address concerns and possibly compensate you for any inconveniences encountered.Best Regards THE PEAK HOTEL & SPA

Hotel looks nice from up front Cleaning staff are polite but management are a bunch of clowns can’t speak English properly patronising and don’t keep their promise . Rooms were not cleaned even after we asked . We booked 6 rooms months ahead and asked for them to be together as we had kids . We were over 3 floors. Rooms stink. Had to change 2 rooms cos of smell after arguing with them . Fridge didn’t work bathroom door was very stiff . Tiny cupboard. no windows so no lighting and air. . No water in taps and flush day before we left people were screaming and shouting at reception . Management went in to hiding . Heard loafs of people complaining about things.breakfast was ok .swimming pool was good . Wouldn’t recommend going with kids.

Rudest staff ever. The guy at the reception accused us of flooding the floor on purpose when in fact there was a leak from both the tub and bathroom sink. Once he found out there was a leak he didn't even bother to apologize and so did his manager who just said he'll bring the situation up. The suites are located two floors underground and have no windows or air exchange from the outside. Really annoying. Uncomfortable bed and rough cleaning. Breakfast not up to a 5 star but a motel on the highway. Avoid it and don't book here.

It was a shaky start with being given the wrong room the first night but it went well following the change of room due to number of beds, the next day.The hotel was very ornate, there was ongoing up keeping which is to be expected for a large hotel. The pool and other facilities were great. Fabulous massage and Turkish baths there. The food was plentiful and it was within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and other important historical areas. Staff very helpful with regards to sorting out trams and advice on various trips. We had a lovely time.

The hotel was old and dated. Definitely not up to 5* standard, more like 2*. Room was never cleaned during our stay. Mini bar was warm. Shower door was missing. Railing was missing in the wardrobe, so nowhere to hang up clothes. Asked for dinner reservation and was not informed it was buffet until after I had paid 20 euros each, there was nothing I could eat except dry bread rolls, a waste of 20 euros!

3 times we changed the rooms . they did a technical works in the rooms . they shut need to know. which room need to give to the guest . air condition was work all time
