Precario in spazio e confort
Sembra di aver fatto il soggiorno in una barca, molto sacrificato lo spazio, durante la notte si sentono rumori di circolazione dell'acqua attraverso i tubi.

Centre fermé à notre arrivée dans les horaires d'accueil . 0 Personnel. Un escape game pour trouver une solution et récupérer les clefs. Pas de chauffage. Lit complètement gorgé d'eau (couette, draps, alèse …) une baignoire ! Four "en guise de chauffage". Demande de frais supplémentaires déjà payés sur Hotel.com Juste pour la blague : 240 euros LA nuit pour ... ça. Réclamation en cours, of course ! à fuir :/

This is a fine "cabin park" at which to stay, but to call it four stars is grossly misleading. Four-star establishments have towels, the cable on the television works, and heating doesn't take three hours to stabilize to a livable range. Prospective clients should think of this as a classy two-star park. The insides of the cabins are well thought-out. Service was a bit weird in that we were assigned the cabin furthest away from the parking lot on an evening where at most one other cabin in the area was occupied. Overall, this is fine place to stay if one is aware of its limitations, and the listing on Hotelsé.com

Nice place and size has a kitchen great location pretty good Chinese restaurant on site. Note that this is more of a camping resort. They do not provide towels. If you are ready for that it is a great option for families

Very nice weekend stay. Our main goal was to visit Brugge and Dunkirk. The holiday park was only 15 minutes from both in either direction. Caravans were clean, park was clean, people were friendly. You need to know to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, towels, washcloths as they aren’t provided. The holiday park is a big place with lots of families camping and celebrating into the night, so if you are hoping for quiet sleep at night, you may be disappointed, but we expected that. My kids 2 and 6 loved the playgrounds, the wild rabbits, the beach on the lake, and the blow up bouncy slide. We would come back again!

Great stay, friendly, helpful staff.
Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children aged 11 & 7) stayed for 4 nights. We booked a 2 bedroom chalet with terrace but ended up in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet as our original chalet had been condemned after a sick Italian family had just checked out & staff were worried about Coronavirus/Covid 19 even after an extra intense cleaning of the chalet. We were extremely pleased at their actions & welcomed their transparency. Received a great booklet with lots of information about the park & services & surrounding areas. The chalet was very clean & well stocked with cutlery, crockery & cooking utensils. There was a large refrigerator/small freezer, gas hobs & oven, microwave, kettle & coffee machines (pod and drip). Beds were comfortable with nice linen. Master bedroom had a good size bed and bathroom. 2nd bedroom with two single beds and 3rd small bedroom with just enough space for a set of bunks. 2nd bathroom had access off the two bedrooms & was again a pretty good size. Comfortable sitting areas & large smart TV. Wi-Fi was weak at times but think this was partly due to our location within the park. Lots of storage throughout the space, think these chalets are quite new. Nice & warm. Convenient to two large supermarkets, Brugge, Oostende, Dunkirk & Calais. It rained quite a bit during our stay but our children enjoyed one of the large playgrounds on site. The lake & water slides look fantastic for a summer stay. Would recommend based on our experiences during our stay.

Bon séjour.
Pratique et rapport qualité /prix très bien. Chalet pour 6 personnes , deux salles de bain, bien agencé. bien équipé. on a trouvé que c'était dommage de ne pas avoir de serviettes de bain de fournies.( signalé à l'accueil) ; a priori, c'était noté lors de la reservation mais on avait pas fait attention. ce serai bien car on ne connait pas l'endroit de signaler où à proximité on peut trouver des magasins ( pour acheter du pain le matin par exemple)

Los trailes estuvieron muy bien y limpios, pero el agua super fria y sin calefacción, se nos hizo imposible bañarnos y costo dormir por el frio. Estaba lejisimos de la recepcion para caminar, la recepcion cerrada, asi que toco aguantar.

The area is very beautiful... but the caravan was very basic with hardly anything in it. Bring your own towels, toilet paper, soap etc

De bungalow was zeer netjes en proper en de camping ook maar de schuif af was wel vuil en in slechte staat.Toch hadden we een zeer leuk weekend en komen we zeker nog terug.

Sympathique petit camping. Les bungalows sont assez confortables et les gens très calmes. Les plaines de jeux et pataugeoire un peu veillots mais les enfants y trouvent leur compte.

Nous sommes arrivés à 16h20 mobil home devait être libre à 15h nous avons dû attendre 20 mn (on nous a dit) hors 20 mn apres menager tjrs pas fait. Donc nous avons mis nos valises et sommes parti en attendant que ça soit fait. À notre retour quelque chose de dégoûtant était tjrs collé sur le canapé j ai du l enlever avec un couteau . Canapé paressait souillé nous avons mis des draps dessus pour pouvoir s asseoir pour regarder la tv.Au dessus du lit un moustique mort était collé apres le ménage il y était encore. Bref du coup tellement dégoûté nous sommes restés dans le mobil home juste pour y dormir et se laver nous n y restions pas pour manger meme pas pour le ptit dej meme si le temps n était pas beau nous préférions être en extérieur

Several positives including convenient location, reception staff friendly and relatively spacious caravan. Problems with no water at all one morning and then repeated cut out of hot water. Not impressed with cleanliness of caravan or bed linen either. Kitchen quite well equipped though.

Great stay!
Had a lovely 2 night break! We didn't really use the facilities such as restaurant etc. However, we did use the "beach" lake which the children really enjoyed. It's a great base and we visited Dunkirk, Sluis, Bruges and Brussels.

Séjour en camping pour 5 entre Otende et Bruges
Nous étions 5 personnes. Idéalement placé à 15 min de Ostende et 20 min du centre touristique de Bruges Rapport qualité prix très correct. Propre . Accueil sympa, flexible sur l'horaire pour rendre le bungalow (c'est rare) 12h00 au lieu de 11h00 Bref, je vous le conseil et nous y retournerons probablement pour un prochain séjour. et aussi De belles aires de jeux pour nos enfants

Im August 2016 habe ich ein Ferienhäuschen bei Holiday Park Klein Strand für mich, meine Frau und für mein Sohn mit der Familie gebucht.Bereits in der ersten Nacht wurden wir und unsere beiden kleinen Kinder mehrmals durch unruhigen Schlaf geweckt. Dabei fielen uns viele Käfer und Blutflecken im Bett auf. Bei genauerem Hinsehen und Googeln, haben wir den sehr starken Bettwanzenbefall in verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien festgestellt. Die Wanzen waren in allen drei Schlafzimmer sowie der Wohnküche in großen Mengen vorhanden. Ein weiterer Schlaf war natürlich in dieser Nacht wegen der psychischen Belastung nicht mehr möglich.Die Geschäftsführung von Holiday Park Klein Strand hat bis heute noch kein Stellungsnahme abgegeben.

Muy tranquilo y acogedor
Fuimos a pasar un día a Brujas en Diciembre, necesitábamos alojamiento que dispusiera de cocina, pues tenemos una hija celiaca......, tiene microondas, cafetera, el chalet que cogimos era muy acogedor, buena calefacción, muy tranquilo, a 300 metros del pueblo donde pudimos coger autobús para ir a Brujas y así olvidarte del parking para el coche...muy recomendable.

早晚氣溫低，對居住在熱帶和亞熱帶的旅客而言，暖爐的使用較為陌生，可在暖爐上附說明。另外，帳篷屋的鎖可略微改進，可增加鎖門的方便。除了以上所言，住宿環境佳，且夜晚也安靜，推薦家庭旅遊住宿在此。
