OTTIMO SOGGIORNO
Siamo stati il 15 settembre in questo hotel con u gruppo di 8 persone. Ottimo hotel che rispecchia le aspettative. Assolutamente consigliato.

While using the air conditioner, water came down from top. I slept for an hour, and there was a flooding area under the air conditioner. The engineer could fix the situation though...

Quite good stay, surrounding is meh
We had several blackout during our stay, although only for a while. Cleanliness need to be bit improved, some of ther furniture looks q bit old. But their staffs are very polite and friendly.

Love the hotel.. the room is spacious. Breakfast is good. Only the swimming pool is quite small. Overall, nice stay.

4성치고는 전반적으로 부족함. 저렴한 가격인 이유인듯. 체크인은 보통, 룸 넓이는 보통 임 단 수건에서 냄새났음 수영장은 좁으나 이용객이 없어 적당. 조식은 기본적인것들은 구비

Was ok, but very disappointed with the housekeeping. As i have to keep calling for towels and waited for many hours for asking for things. Bed sheet not clean, stayed for almost 4 night, i have to ask for changing bed sheet. Also have to ask for the sanitaries to be to up. Brekafast is nice. The pool too small. Overall wont stay in this hotel again because i have experience the other hotel which is way better service and cleanness.

Old Towels
I was disappointed with the conditions of the bath towel. They seemed old and wereally a bit tattered. The bed pillows were kind of stinky and smelled like body odor which made my stay unpleasant.

Simple. No frills. Laid back
Simple hotel that charges for ice buckets and poor service. Room safe didn't work and even after making multiple requests the staff didn't bother to come. Room had blood / rust stains on the walls. So had the floor. The security guards were the friendliest persons around. Surrounded by a poorer side of town and a few funeral parlours. Few couples held their wedding there.

Gutes Hotel in Jakarta mit toller Aussicht
Die Zimmer waren sauber, im Flur hat es nach Rauch gestunken, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Fensterscheiben waren sehr dreckig. Aber an sich das beste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis was wir in Jakarta bekommen haben, der Service ist super, es wurde einem jedes Mal die Tür aufgehalten.

Nice Hotel
Best Western Hariston is a great hotel with comfortable bed & very clean. Too bad that the pool is under renovation. Service is not that great, staff could have been friendlier. However considering I was only using the hotel for sleeping for 1 night, it didn't really affected me. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay & will go back again when visiting Jakarta next time.

Good, but there's room for improvement
Checking in was a pleasure as they had upgraded our two superior rooms into a deluxe suite (1705), upon seeing that we were traveling with children. The staff were also friendly, which made up for some slight issues communicating effectively in English. However, the drainage in one of the bathrooms left much to be desired. After just one shower, water pooled on the floor and never dried up throughout my overnight stay. We didn't get them to fix it since it was only one night. I would still stay here in future, given its proximity to family, but it isn't exactly in a touristy or lively neighbourhood.

real 4 star hotel, but bad location, no hot water
This is a real 4 star hotel with all the amenities associated with one. The pool was under maintenance when I was there so I couldn't use it though. The location kind of sucks. Not much to do or see walking distance from the hotel. There was no hot water when I tried to take a shower either.

快適に過ごせたホテル
部屋は、湯沸かしポット、セーフティーbox、冷蔵庫などの備品があり良かった。広さも一人では充分な広さ。バスタブはなくて、シャワーonly。スタッフは親切、特にレストランのウエイターはフレンドリーで親切でした。朝食内容は良かった。

Hariston not too bad
Overall the stay was quite pleasing. Except that the room service took quite a while (45 minutes for my meal) & the hotel lobby airconditioning was not quite efficient. Overall I'm quite pleased with regards to my stay in this hotel. However I would like to commend on the impeccable service of 2 of the hotel staffs. Namely Selly (Front Desk) & Rudi (Bell Boy). They made a great difference to my occupancy there. Overall, GOOD.

２０日間楽しく滞在できました！
＜良かった点＞ 一人で３週間滞在しましたが、ホテルのスタッフは皆若く自分達で何ができるか考えながら一生懸命対応してくれたので、大変楽しい思い出となりました。 ・レストランで朝食時、スタッフが笑顔で沢山話しかけてくれ、またカプチーノをいつもおいしく入れてくれました。朝食自体も豪華とはいかないが、十分満足です。 ・宿泊最終日に、朝食後レストランスタッフが集まり記念写真をとってくれました。 ・夕方、部屋にいるとき無料で３回もフルーツやコーヒーなどを差し入れしてくれました。 ・部屋を途中からデラックスにアップグレードしてくれました。 ・部屋代がリーゾナブル。 ＜悪かった点＞ ・団体さん（学生や某国からのツアー）の宿泊時は、ホテル内、隣室が非常にうるさっかたです ＜改善して欲しい点＞ ・シティーセンターなどに出かけて、帰ってくる際、どのタクシー運転手も本ホテルを知らず、案内するのが大変。タクシー運転手用にシティーセンターから当ホテルへの行き先地図を用意して欲しい（現在、ホテルにある地図は高速出口からの案内のみ）

Amazing service
This is a nice hotel - the food, the room, and the general cleanliness is nice. However, the staff are fantastic! Especially Erwin, who went above and beyond to be helpful - even calling me *from home* to offer to go to the local bookstore for me an buy a postcard (since I had mentioned that I had been unable to find one and was leaving early in the morning). All of the staff were friendly and helpful - Fatimah in the restaurant and the front desk crew - I can't say enough about them. The only drawback might be the location. The hotel is not in a terribly convenient spot. There's not much within walking distance (though there is a little mini-mart), and because the hotel is new, many taxi drivers are not familiar with it.
