This hotel is so neat and clean. The rooms are so comfortable, quiet and safe. The staff are so helpful, pleasant, and efficient. As a unit, this hotel is very well managed. The only problem is: the gym has been closed since the pandemic. It should be opened because the hotel does not even have a swimming pool.

Totally speechless
This is my first time staying in this hotel and very likely my last time. When I checked in, the reception asked for my mobile number and said that they’ll contact me if anything should happen in my room when I’m away. This is extremely unusual and it didn’t give me confidence in the hotels security The door of the room is hard to close so I’m literally slamming the door everytime I come back. The floor in the room is extremely dirty, my feet turned black after shower and walking around barefooted for a few minutes. The minbar doesn’t work at all and no action after I informed the reception. The sofa in my room is full of stains and my bed felt very itchy when I slept on it. I had to put a towel over to sleep everytime Walls in the toilet are dirty and the drainage doesn’t work very well. WiFi is very unstable and slow.. cannot get work done using the hotel wifi. Breakfast offering is very limited and the food is COLD. I had breakfast twice only during my stay and decided to eat out the rest of the days. Hotel definitely needs significant improvement

Good value property. Clean with great breakfast area. Unfortunately the wifi internet is very poor and unreliable. Can't even open basic webpages. There was also an ethernet port at the desk with 50mbs download speed (great), but 0.01 upload speed, making it unusable. Also at night the noise from a nearby club was loud. Would make this my goto Jakarta hotel if they fixed the internet.

2回目の滞在でしたが、以前と変わらずスタッフの対応が良かったです。周辺には美味しいご飯屋さんもあります。気になったのは、廊下の声が部屋の中まで聞こえたことくらいです。

トイレの見えにくい部分の掃除が出来ておらず非常に気持ち悪かった。枕も硬くて快適な睡眠には程遠く、エアコンの音も外の騒音も結構聞こえて快適性は劣ります。

Convenient and clean hotel
Oria is a budget hotel, but rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well centred for business. The tariff is very reasonable for its location and facilities. I would stay again.

Monas、ガンビル駅からも近い立地、十分快適なホテル
期待していた以上に快適で、価格以上の価値があると感じた。朝食も美味しく、NHK も映る。隣にコンビニがあるのも心強い。 いつもは Senayan 辺りに泊まり、その近辺での仕事が多いのだが、その地域に行く仕事がメインなら、渋滞で時間がかかることは留意点。ただ、Monas　やガンビル駅周辺には出やすいというのがロケーション上のメリット。 タオル等の不足は、フロントに言えばいつでも、どれだけでも持ってきてもらえる。 今後、この地域に泊まる必要がある場合は、リピートしたいと考えている。

Disappointing hotel in good location
Hotel was disappointing - water in shower was dirty, even after running for some time. Room very stark, no pictures, blank walls, cold floor. Lift took a long time (one out of action). Hard to understand reception.

The hotel was my 1st experience when all the light on the hotel is not working. How can this be possible.

suite room never sweets.
i booked the highest suite room(junior) in here for 1 night, but it was poor than standard room of morrissey or sultan hotel. of course there are differences in stars, but still, that poor suite room deserves cheaper like US$50 not US$150. funny thing is, lower level of suite room(deluxe) and it was at least better than J.suite. I will neverever stay in this hotel again. when i go to my room in 2nd floor, it was like entering dungeons.

Great Location!
No bellboy. You have to carry all the luggages by your self. The receptionist is not friendly. But one thing i like about oria, when i complaint about air conditioner, they sent two friendly technician to fix it in just a few minutes. They should also provides two access card per room as the elavator required the access card.

Good Hotel Stay
Stayed in Room 525 for a night. No carpet flooring but overall, the room is good for the price paid. Room size is adequate for business traveler. I prefer brighter general lighting for the room but this is just my personal preference. Calling for taxi in early morning was easy.

居心地が悪い
連泊したが、タオル系が必ず毎日何かしら欠けており、きちんと装備品のチェックを行っていないと感じた。 また、シャワーの出が悪く（温水が5分ほど掛かってやっと出る）、しかも排水もダメで水が溜まってしまう状況だった。 両替が出来ない、クリーニングはしてあるだろうが、シーツに清潔感が無かったのもマイナス。 同行者の部屋はドアの閉まりも悪かった。 恐らく二度と宿泊はしない。
