Ho un problema; la prenotazione fatta attraverso di voi prevedeva check in il 14 Ott. 2017 e check out il 19 Ott. 2017. Per problemi di lavoro ho dovuto anticipare il check in al 18 Ott. Ho informato l'hotel di questo cambiamento il 16 pomeriggio. Ho chiesto se potevo ricuperare il costo della camera. Mi hanno detto che era impossibile e che dovevo rivolgermi a voi!!! E' corretto? C'è modo di ricuperare i soldi spesi per poi non aver occupato la camera? In attesa di vostri commenti, cordiali saluti,

Regarding the refund issue that you have mentioned, when you booked through Expedia your transaction was prepaid and charged by them during reservation. However, Expedia have their own return policy and I recommend for you to contact them directly to get a better explanation on the matter. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, we’ve been to over 50 countries. The hotel is gorgeous, fitness center is the best with free weights, and all the equipment you need.. and then the sauna, steam room, cold plunge.. we had an unbelievable stay! Thank you!

Extreme glamour. Gorgeous lavish rooms, an unthinkable continental breakfast, and impressively large lounge and pool grounds. There are tennis courts, a 24 hour gym, and there was live music in the lounge both nights we were there. The biggest surprise for me was the spa -- there's a full nordic spa circuit that is free to use, complete with hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. Service was the best I've experienced. Absolutely worth the money.

いつも快適に使える良いホテル。今回asia meetingと重なっていたため、セキュリティーチェックやチェックインにかかる時間など心配していたが全然問題なかった。定期的な掃除時間以外にも部屋迄きて水やタオルの補給をしてくれる気遣いがとてもありがたい。また利用したいと思うが、ホテル内のレストランやバー等の割引が欲しいところ。

Well maintained hotel. Staff as friendly and helpful as always. The only complaint is the location. The hotel is centrally located, but the area is not very walkable. You will have to rely on taxis to get to the mall nearby.

Actually the hotel seems to be focused on family offers. Due to this, the feeling of a 5 star Shangri - La Hotel does not come up. The staff try to do the best, but is too busy with handling the guests, so they might not have the time and spirit to live the indonesian politeness and hospitality we are know from other hotels in Jakarta.
