Amazing hotel, pampering, very friendly staff. The hotel has a luxurious spa and the pool area is clean and maintained. The staff takes care of constant care, cleanliness and well-being of the guests. The restaurant has a variety of food.

Das essen am Zmorgen und auch am Abend war hervorragend. Enorm grosses Buffet und gute Service. Das Zimmer war ein extra gutes (und teueres) Zimmer für 2 aber es hatte keine 2 Stühle und den Platz in den Schranken für Kleider war viel zu klein

Amazing!
I had a wonderful vacation. The pools and facilities are lovely and the views are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially "UDI" the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my request for a wine tasting in English with their sommelier. The breakfast was fabulous and the dinner was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cramim- my happy place in Jerusalem!

Beautiful spa, wonderful rooms. While staff was very friendly, there were a number of times where they “handed off” a question or an issue that they could have resolved on their own instead of referring us to another department. Also there were many different coffee choices in the room but zero tea choices so could not get tea when the restaurant was closed.

We paid a lot of money to stay in the hotel and the spa was full so we didn’t have the chance to use it. If we should have called first that’s ok but no one let us know. Furthermore, the air conditioning didn’t work all night and the room was very hot so we couldn’t sleep well. We expected to have a much better experience compering to the amount of money we paid.
