Good day Lilian, Thank you for reviewing Outlook Lodge Lakefield. We appreciate your feedback despite the fact that we feel that we did our best to accommodate you. In order for our guests to be fully aware of what we offer, our listings do specify that we only have ceiling fans in the rooms, so to say that it's unbelievable there's no air-conditioning, fridge or wi-fi in the room seems unmerited, as we've never said that there is. As you know, wi-fi is only available in our common areas at the lodge. To help ease your experience with the heat, we also offered you an additional fan but you refused. And due to the fact that you did not enjoy your accommodation experience, we did inform you that you did not have to pay but you assured us that you didn't mind as you had made use of the room for most of the day.
