La vacanza è conclusa da poco, tutto molto bello e rilassante, ottimo se si vuole relax al 100%. Segnalo solo alcune piccolezze che purtroppo non ho molto gradito, prenotato i migliori voli strategici per essere quanto prima sull’isola e godermi ogni minuto extra guadagnato, sbarco alle 11:30 al Cinnamon e purtroppo fino alle 14:00 ci viene detto che il check-in con annessa camera non puó essere fatto, vabbè, attendo, il giorno della mia partenza, stranamente, alle 13:00, la mia camera essa era già occupata... Aspettare tutte quelle ore è stato stressante, perlopiù non ci hanno fornito neanche id e pass per wifi, quest’ultima data dopo diversi solleciti verso le ore 15:00, tolta la connessione prima ancora di partire, dunque mi son ritrovato metà giornata senza essere più connesso, non è giusto, fino a fine soggiorno devo essere collegato ad un servizio che viene offerto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, posto strategico in sala da pranzo ma che purtroppo non venivamo mai notati dal personale di sala per le bevande, talvolta ero al secondo senza neanche avere da bere. Per il resto vacanza da sogno, nulla da segnalare, consigliato sicuramente.

The resort is like a Paradise. Wonderful seaside, white sand. Restaurant and bars were perfect and efficent. Wifi was efficent and ALL INCLUSIVE was really a all inclusive. Staff was professional and friendly at the same time. A would give a special thanks to: 1. Abull, the cleaner room man of garden bungalow number 103 2. Sharuvaan the waiter that was really focused on our satisfaction when we were eating 3. Chalid, the cut salad man that was efficent, friendly and professional. Overall everything was better than we suppose and if my collegues or family go to Maldives i will recommand this resort. Thanks for all!

Struttura ben distribuita e camere vicine al mare. La laguna interna ha una spiaggia abbastanza larga, ma bisogna affrettarsi la mattina per occupare le sdraio meglio posizionate. La pulizia è sopra la media. Tutte le attività (canoa, maschera sub, pinne, pedalò, ecc) non sono comprese nel pacchetto All Inclusive. Il personale del Dive disponibile e competente. In generale si consiglia solo qualche sorriso in più.

L'albergo in se è molto gradevole, il personale gentile ed accogliente, la ristorazione ottima sia per varietà che per qualità.All inclusive vero comprendente bevande anche alcoliche (birra e vino). Non è però un posto adatto agli amanti dello snorkling perchè non esiste alcuna barriera corallina e le attività acquatiche si svolgono tutte all'interno della baia delimitata da scogliere artificiali. Quindi Pochi pesci e nessun corallo. Altro aspetto negativo è il costo molto alto degli extra, soprattutto le escursioni (minimo 70$ a persona!)

Splendida struttura circondata da un mare splendido. Personale del resort sempre presente e discreto. Ottima cucina con grande scelta. Wifi funzionale in camera e nelle parti comuni. Isola stupenda e Water Villa Incantevoli !
Prima volta alla Maldive ma devo ammettere che sono rimasto assolutamente affascinato. In ordine: Il trasferimento dall'aeroporto all'isola è stato semplice e ha richiesto 30 min. L'isola su cui sorge il Cinnamon Dohnveli è davvero carina ! Circondata da un mare che abbraccia tutti i colori dal trasparente passando all'azzurro fino al blu intenso, con spiaggia di fine sabbia bianca bianca e coralli. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, la Water Villa in cui alloggiavamo (711) è davvero di alto livello, spaziosa, rifinita e pulita sia dentro che fuori. L'acqua che circonda la villa è ricca solo di coralli e pesci, i commenti in merito alla sporcizia in acqua che ho letto prima di partire sono sicuramente vecchi perché gli inservienti puliscono anche la laguna rimuovendo anche gli ammassi di ricci che potrebbero infastidire gli ospiti.... I ristoranti offrono una gran scelta per ogni pasto della giornata e a cena per i 10 giorni che siamo rimasti ospiti, abbiamo sempre avuto una proposta differente e tutto preparato con cura. I bar offrono una buona scelta e le attività offerte dall'isola sono varie (quasi tutte extra ovviamente). Internet funziona bene, è stabile e sufficientemente veloce (20Mb circa) (non è fibra ottica ma voglio dire poco importa, siamo in vacanza!) e la copertura è ben diffusa sull'isola. Asciugamani per la camera e teli da mare cambiati ogni giorno. Temperatura ottima (Marzo) tra i 27 e 31 gradi sempre. Poco vento. Consigliato !

Primo viaggio alle Maldive
Come prima esperienza alle Maldive ci siam trovati molto bene in questa struttura perché, nonostante la nostra carenza nella lingua, ci hanno aiutato in tutto. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite (due volte al giorno se non di più passano a pulire). Il personale in generale è veramente educato, disponibile e gentile, dal ristorante alla spiaggia e reception. Cibo vario e ottimo. Forse unico neo le escursioni che dovrebbero essere implementate con maggiori spiegazioni

Io non ci tornerei.
Al massimo lo valuterei come 3 stelle. Ho acquistato la suite all inclusive,camera bellissima ma di all inclusive poco,alcune bevande le dovevi pagare a parte -.-. La vasca perdeva acqua da tutte le parti. L’acqua la dovevi lasciare scorrere per alcuni minuti perchè usciva gialla e l’acqua calda durava 10 min e non riscivi memmeno a riempire la vasca. Usano la scopa ma non la paletta,tutta la polvere venive buttata a mare dove tu pii dovevi farti il bagno,idem per la pulizia della scopa,tutto in acqua. Detriti sotto la casa. Spiagge non pulitissime. Mangiare discreto,prevalenza cibo loro. Personale molto gentile.

E' un luogo incantevole! Veramente meraviglioso!!
L'hotel è splendido, totalmente immerso nella natura, i dipendenti sono gentilissimi e ti coccolano in continuazione, le suite sull'acqua sono mozzafiato! Un'isola solo per gli ospiti... se fosse possibile ci tornerei domani... un luogo meraviglioso!

Posto splendido e personale estremamente cortese. Si mangiava benissimo e le bevande comprese nel prospetto "All inclusive" erano più che decorose. Suggerisco i bungalows sull'acqua: costano un po' di più, ma ne vale la pena!

UN SOGNO
Siamo appena rientrati da questo super viaggio dove abbiamo festeggiato con mio cugino il nostro 25 ° anniversario di matrimonio e che dire??? Tutto perfetto! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel overwater (831) con vista laguna ...una figata ragazzii!! Super grande, confortevoli spazi,bagno enorme da viverci ,vasca idromassaggio nuovissima, favolosa terrazza con sdraio vista mare con scaletta per accedere nell' acqua. Il cibo super..un po' speziato, saporito , ma per chi avesse problemi di stomaco come me trovi sempre il giusto cibo(riso bianco,pasta bianca,verdure cotte..)..i maldiviani sono sempre disponibili, gentilissimi ed il loro motto è "prima noi vacanzieri di tutto"!!! Tutto stupendo insomma da consigliare e da rifare (non di certo tra 25 anni!!)..l' unica cosa che ci rompeva era il tempo!!!E' si perche' purtroppo abbiam beccato proprio una settimana nuvolosa mista a piogge e ai fatidici monsoni ...però quando il sole usciva si faceva sentire !!! Consiglio??? Usate alta protezione (noi avevamo una 30 e siamo già scuretti di carnagione)e munitevi di cappellino o bandana per evitare scottature! Insomma un sogno finalmente realizzato!!

VACANZA INDIMENTICABILE
Siamo appena rientrati da questo super viaggio dove abbiamo festeggiato con mio cugino il nostro 25 ° anniversario di matrimonio e che dire??? Tutto perfetto! non parlando inglese e non avendo trovato altri italiani ho avuto qualche disagio. Personale eccellente, che mi ha aiutata come possibile per ogni cosa e per internet che non mi funzionava bene. Ci sono state delle intense piogge, ma che, a parte togliermi una parte di tintarella, non mi hanno procurato eccessivi problemi. La cucina molto speziata non rientrava molto nei miei gusti, ma ho sempre assaggiato di tutto, e comunque vi era anche una varia scelta di cibi non speziati. L'acqua da bere non era prevista nella pensione completa, ma in camera veniva distribuita spesso. Almeno l'acqua ai pasti potevano darla. Purtroppo una parte di costa non era accessibile per la balneazione per via del fondale molto sassoso, pieno di scorie di coralli e decisamente agitato, ma il lato opposto era una favola. Acqua calda, limpidissima e calmissima, una meraviglia della natura. La camera posta a pianterreno era ampia, abbastanza confortevole ma piena di formiche di varie dimensioni, che andavano su tutto, fastidiose ma gestibili. Nel letto al posto delle lenzuola un piumino, decisamente scomodo. Sarebbe stato meglio, per potersi coprire, avere delle lenzuola. Isola comoda per la vicinanza a Malè, 20 minuti circa di motoscafo. Ambiente informale e moderatamente elegante. adatto a tutte le tipologie di turisti. Nel complesso sono riuscita a rilassarmi e a gioire della natura circostante in tutti i suoi aspetti. Se potessi ci ritornerei volentieri con più consapevolezza.

Ho soggiornato in questo resort per due settimane.Il resort occupa un'intera isola.In esso sono presenti 3 bar e tre ristoranti .Lo si raggiunge facilmente dall'aeroporto di male con 20 minuti di motoscafo messo a disposizione della struttura (costo 320 dollari andata e ritorno). Arrivati alla struttura sarete accolti con un drink e il personale vi spiegherà i servizi della struttura (in lingua inglese).Il soggiorno personalmente è stato piacevole. La spiaggia attrezzata è molto grande e ci sono ombrelloni e sdraio per tutti. Chi come nel mio caso prenota la suite sull'acqua 718 ha inoltre la sua discesa a mare privata. Le suite sono grandissime , molto ben curate , dotate di ogni confort (compresa vasca idromassaggio). La cucina è di ottimo livello e varia .Il personale molto cortese e disponibile.Unica nota stonata è stata la pulizia delle camere che, sebbene fatta 2 volte al giorno, risultava superficiale e incompleta.Non credo alla leggenda delle lenzuola cambiate giornalmente, ma cambiarle 2 volte in 15 giorni è obbiettivamente pochino.Stesso discorso per bagnoschiuma shampoo e tovaglie che sistematicamente il ragazzo dimenticava alternativamente di rabboccare e cambiare.Altra nota stonata è l'assenza di personale che parla italiano (va detto che nei 15 giorni ho visto solo un'altra coppia di italiani e la clientela è composta prevalentemente da cinesi seguiti da tedeschi e inglesi.Va infine detto che la formula all inclusive non è all inclusive.

bella struttura ed isola splendida
e' la quarta volta che soggiorno alle Maldive e la prima in Chaaya Dhonveli.Il resort è assai confortevole;transfert veloce e puntuale;la spiaggia davanti alle camere è magnifica e soprattutto è possibile fare il bagno e nuotare nello specchio antistante,Il cibo e' vario e di ottima qualità.Massimo confort e quiete nonostante l'animazione discreta nei bar a disposizione.Da consigliare veramente!

Fantastico avere la camera a pochi metri dal mare
le camere sono confortevoli e ampie , unico inconveniente per chi non viaggia in coppia,che sono tutte dotate di letto matrimoniale non divisibile ,quindi volendo dormire separatamente aggiungono un letto a 1 piazza . la situazione è imbarazzante con amica/o perchè la comodità non è paritetica e il confort cambia avendo meno spazio a disposizione in camera.la pulizia è discreta ,ma un minimo restyling è consigliato. La spiaggia è bellissima e il ristorante offre un menù vario . consiglio questo hotel anche per la comodità del transfer dall'Aereoporto di Male e viceversa, raggiungibile in soli 25 minuti con barca veloce ( anzi molto veloce ;-) ) .

I’ve traveled to several different countries as a solo traveler, and I had higher expectations for Maldives. The service was decent. Some of the excursions were a little overpriced. There was a dirty mop smell near entrance where the mini bar was located. I thought housekeeping would have done something about the smell considering it was very strong. The chef at Tex Mex during the morning shift makes great food according to the menu. When I went back in the evening on my last day to purchase the same meal, the Nachos were completely different from what I had in the morning and it was difficult for me to finish the food (didn’t want to waste it). I did inform two staff members at the restaurant and the waiter asked if I wanted another one and I told her it would still come out the same because of the chef who’s cooking the meal. So all in all I paid for a meal I didn’t enjoy. This was the case for the items in the mini freezer, when I arrived I was told that the drinks in the freezer were complementary. When I went to grab a drink that turned out to be alcohol, I took a sip and it wasn’t good so I disposed the rest of the drink and I told the housekeeper this and I was still charged. In that same freezer I found something that appeared to look like mold on two of the alcohol bottles, and that could have contributed to the dirty mop smell I smelled around that area. I wasn’t aware that I was suppose to get VIP amenities during my stay, it sure didn’t feel like a VIP stay.

Very relaxing. Most staff very nice and accommodating. A few weren’t as friendly. I also noticed they allow garbage to float in the ocean around the shore, which bothered me, but apparently not them. Styrofoam, glass, plastic, wrappers, chips containers, etc. also looked like sewage leaking into water big time along one side of beach. Room also wasn’t too clean and had a lot of bugs. Bedding also smelled a little like previous guests sweat. But what to expect when it’s an island?! Food was amazing! All you could want and more. Very relaxing vibe overall. Thankful there was no loud, blaring music or rowdiness. Felt safe and comfortable. Would recommend!

As an older adult with knee surgeries, I found the sand pathways to be tricky. There were not many lights so I could not find my way safely to dinner (dark early in January). The boardwalk to my restaurant was under repair. Staff generally excellent, but a few common courtesies were missed here and there. One young man did retrieve my hat which blew off during a wind storm, so I was grateful to him! Spa staff also outstanding -- especially Ita.

Don't know how to explain and describe this trip. Everything was amazing. We had a shower situation on the first day, and they came to help in 30 minutes. I will definitely come back. A big thank you to the staff at the restaurant.... we will miss you!

From beginning to end, the property makes sure they give you 5 star service! They had a boat waiting for us and a man that took our bags all the way inside the airport when we was leaving. Lyn was an amazing hostess.The food was incredible. The chef really took his time to customize how we liked our food, like our pastas. Also it was all you can eat buffet style, if you get the All inclusive package, which I highly recommend. The bartenders all make fantastic drinks and keep the vibe going. The dinning staff like Sonia and Ibrahim made sure all your needs were met. The pool attendant made cute flower gifts for me at the pool everyday. Also the cleaning man did a beautiful honeymoon display on our bed. The staff is what makes the resort unique. They genuinely want you to have a good time. The water bungalow suite was amazing. The suite was by the reef so you can see tons of fishes, sharks and sting rays. The room had a spa tub and shower to die for. Overall just an amazing resort!
