As for the uncomfortable bed, we also have a choice. The complaint about breakfast is not clear to us, since you were not seen in the restaurant, you did not go to breakfast. But let’s say you would like something special, or you have some kind of diet, you can always coordinate your menu with the reception or directly with the chef.
