Apartment war toll eingerichtet und sauber. Bad ist verbesserungsbedürftig ( u.a. Türen, Mülleimer, Dusche). Rezeption leider nicht immer besetzt. Nur Barzahlung möglich.

Disappointing service and cleanliness
This place has a few things going for itself on the surface, but left us very disappointed. Upon arrival, the front door was closed and locked and nobody was answering the doorbell. We were literally left standing in the rain, despite the fact that we were well within the listed checkin window (2PM-8PM). The phone number listed on the booking was not picked up, but we managed to Google a different number for the hotel. A lady picked up who showed up 10 minutes later. She told us that we had not responded to an email requesting our precise checkin time (she was right, we did miss that email - it was sent literally a month earlier, well before we could have estimtated our arrival time). She also said we had not provided a phone number (which we actually did). An email or call the day before arrival would have been reasonable to expect. It turns out there is no manned reception at all at this property. Day or night. The appartment we booked was a bit worn and rough around the edges (repaired holes in the wall not painted over, loose wallpaper, etc). The sofa bed was not really big enough for 2 people (despite being advertized as such). Worse still, the place was downright filthy. From a horrible stain in the bedspread to an uncleaned floor and widespread black mould in the bathroom. The building has a nice facade and the ancient elevator is charming (if a bit scary to use). Karlovy Vary is magnificent and we will return - but never again to this place!

Super schönes und großes Apartment mitten in Karlsbad. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, es gibt keine eigenen Parkplätze sondern man ist auf die Parkhäuser in der Stadt angewiesen

Parking is expensive at Euro12 per day. We were locked out at breakfast in the nearby hotel. The apartment is old and run down, so overall it wasn't a very comfortable stay.

Mitten in Karlsbad
Sehr schönes, großes, geräumiges und Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Tolles, zentral gelegenes Hotel
Über Silvester war ich mit meinem Freund in Karlsbad und waren begeistert vom Hotel. Unser Apartment war riesig, mit wunderschön hohen Decken und und einem Blick auf die Altstadt. Bei Ankuft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und unser Parkplatz wurde uns persönlich gezeigt. Er ist unweit vom Hotel entfernt. Die Rezeption ist selten besetzt, dafür hat uns die Hoteldame aber ihre persönliche Telefonnummer gegeben, auf die wir jederzeit hätten anrufen können. Während der drei Nächte wurden uns einmal neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier gebracht. M.E. war dies völlig in Ordnung, neue Handtücher brauchen wir nicht jeden Tag. Wir hatten keine hohen Erwartungen und wurden positiv überrascht. Natürlich ist das Hotel nicht mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Deutschland vergleichbar. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das Hotelfrühstück, das in einem Restaurant ein paar Häuser entfernt stattfand. Es war ausreichend, aber kein besonderes Frühstück. Allerdings kostete es nur 3 Euro p.P, sodass hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung ist.

Silvester in den Goethe Appartements!
Wir haben unseren Silvesterurlaub in den Appartements verbracht! Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß, sauber und komfortabel! Wir hatten 7 Appartements gebucht. Jedes davon War anders, aber alle sehr schön! Das hotel befindet sich direkt in der Stadt. Mit den parkmöglichkeiten ist es ziemlich schwierig! Es lohnt sich ein Stück zu laufen, da die Stadt sehr sehenswert ist. Wer allerdings zum Party machen nach karlsbad möchte, darf nicht vergessen , dass man in einer Kurstadt Urlaub machen will! Wir würden Immer wieder gern in diesen Appartements Urlaub machen! Preis-Leistung perfekt! Rezeption ist nur stundenweise besetzt, Frühstück zubuchbar- im Nachbarhotel!

Das Check in war eine katastrophe weil meine reservierung als spam mail im hotel grspeichert war. Keiner wusste bescheid! Zimmerservice gab es keinen, keine frischen handtüchee, seife , ebenso waren die betten nicht gemacht Lage des hotels: gut Frühstück: unterdurchschnittlich

Herlig beliggenhed. Meget centralt. Suverænt til prisen. Balkonen udeblev, men der var heller ikke grund til at blive inde :-) Det er en spændende by og et spændende område at udforske.

Schlichtes Hotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel liegt direkt in Zentrum, die Parkplätze bekommt man aber beim Central Hotel, ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Wir haben ein Appartement mit Frühstück gebucht - bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Doppelzimmer bereitgestellt, was ca. 2 Sterne hat. Nach unserer Forderung ein Appartement mit Küche und Schlafzimmer wie bestellt zu bekommen, haben wir in einem anderen Hotel ein schönes Appartement gekriegt.

всё замечательно!
отель находится в очень удобном месте. Очень вежливое обслуживание,моментальный отклик на все просьбы. Апартаменты прекрасно оборудованы. Чудный вид из окна( окна выходили во двор) Чистота безупречная, Тишина абсолютная. Самое приятное впечатление.И, в заключение следует отметить, что все источники находятся в шаговой доступности, что очень важно! Одним словом: огромное спасибо за доставленное удовольствие!
