Ottimo hotel, ben organizzato, personale gentile ed accogliente soprattutto con i bambini. Consiglio questa struttura anche per l'ottima posizione. La piscina è praticamente sulla spiaggia

Bellissimo hotel fronte mare
Hotel bellissimo, pulitissimo, con a disposizione diverse attività come piscina, spa, palestra, e anche spazi per i bambini. Più ristoranti con una buona varietà di piatti. Fronte mare, spiaggia pulitissima. Soltanto che il mare è molto mosso e non sempre si può nuotare. Il personale dell'hotel è splendido. Sperienza super positiva.

Buona struttura, praticamente sulla spiaggia.
Il popolo Thai è amabile. Gradisco molto il cibo locale, il mare e la tranquillità di questi luoghi.

Beachfront Hotel , A wonderful place
From the first day to last we enjoyed every moment of staying in this hotel .. Clean and Green.. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to children..the room is very clean and has almost everything you need. A lot of activities you can surely enjoy .. Not crowded, not noisy, and oh! good food!!!! . Overall , it's a perfect place to stay if you want a calm and yet fun and exciting holidays...

Resort Paradisiaco.....Cinque stelle non bastano!!
Hotel magnifico....le cinque stelle le merita tutte ed anche qualcuna in più....la camera spaziosa con un balcone vista mare mozzafiato...con vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi...colazione a buffet da soddisfare tutto il mondo..l'hotel sembra immerso in una foresta tropicale piena di piante ed anche attraversato da un fiume per la gioia dei bambini oltre ad avere una splendida piscina con due scivoli ed una enorme con due vasche idromassaggio situata al centro del resort.La sua posizione è strategica in quanto situato di fronte alla spiaggia con un mare trasparente..Dista a pochi km da Patong e a due km dal centro di Karon raggiungibile anche a piedi altrimenti si spenderebbero circa 200 bath tariffa minima(circa 5 €) con i famosi tuk tuk...

A good 4 star hotel that is on the outdated. Nice beach and safe option. Fun pools for children. Beach club had good food. Nice bar tender and dining stuff. Front desk was okay. They made us feel pressured to leave at 10:30AM to get our bags when our check out time is 11:00. I said 10:50, they said 10:30. If the check out time is 10:30 when you want us out of the hotel please adjust your check out stance. Once we agreed to 10:30 am baggage pick up came 10:25 am… this is our vacation please don’t pressure us to exit the property. Otherwise everything else was good. A great beach and pool made it worth it. Thank you

We liked the kids activities and amenities. We did not like the lack of attention to detail. We asked for transportation to the airport at a certain time and they weren’t able to deliver. We missed our flight as a result. Definitively not 5 stars experience, but solid 4 stars.

The property was really nice but the prices at the bars and restaurants were an absolute ripoff. Not enough sun beds for the amount of people. Lazy river needs cleaning more often.

The stay was great. Westher was hot but we spwnt time in the pool in the room and by the beach. Iverall a great stay experience and would recommend the hotel.

The resort and its grounds are great. However I was less than impressed with the food and beverage. Other guests I spoke with also complained about the breakfast and the quality of the pool side snacks.

This hotel is very good for families, it’s very clean and well maintained, food was good and activities for kids were good. However, it is quite far from the main Phuket City, if you just want to relax and enjoy at the resort it’s a good option but if you want to visit Phuket city and main areas then you’ll have to hire a taxi and it could get quite expensive if you end up doing few times since most attractions are at least half an hour away.

Loved staying here. The staff are amazing, we had the breakfast buffet every morning and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend getting a villa. The only negative point is the lax smoking regulations. It's hard to relax when other guests are smoking all around the pool and in outdoor eating areas. Would definitely go back.

Es ist ein wünderschönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Poolanlage sieht auch sehr schön aus mit direktem Strandzugang. Ich war 10 Tage da und hatte die schönsten, erholsamsten Ferien. Was ich nicht so gut fand, war das Hotel zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wenn man in die Ortschaft Karon spazieren möchte, muss man einen kleinen Teil am Strassenrand gehen ohne Bürgersteig. Ich hoffe dass da bald ein Fussweg gebaut wird, welches das Hotel noch attraktiver macht. Das Hotel würde ich sicher empfehlen und kann mir gut vorstellen wieder da Ferien zu machen.

This is the second We have stayed at this property and we do love it even though it’s big you still feel secluded. The food is lovely. The staff are exceptional and we definitely recommend this resort.

Location is great on the beach but that was about it. The hotel is very run down and tired. Limited staff. Pool area was lacking. Looks like they need to put a little bit of money into to bring it back. Would not recommend staying here. We ended up checking out early to go back to our original hotel from earlier in our trip.

We had a great stay at the Grand Centara. It is probably the best resort in the area - convenient to the beach and local shops/restaurants. The spa was the best one we’ve been to.

I enjoyed our stay and would enjoy visiting again. I went with my son and he LOVED the pool and water park area. The beach is accessible right off the pool but the water is too rough to go in. That didn’t effect our plans as the pool was more than enough to meet swimming desires. There is a swim up bar that you can get drinks from and food too. If you want to go into Patong it’s a short taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away and runs about 400 baht. The lobby can arrange a taxi for you and even charge it to your room. Very convenient! Food was good but with a picky eater, it became a little too repetitive. That would be the only complaint. We just took a taxi into Patong and hit up the mall or other food establishments. Highly recommend for families!
