All'arrivo mi danno una camera con 1 letto da 140 cm e avevo chiesto 2 letti singoli!!! poi finalmente cambiano con quella giusta, confortevole e pulita! ottima doccia con abbondante acqua calda; zona ristorante piuttosto squallida con poca atmosfera e poca luce però si mangia bene; a colazione volevano il pagamento anche se era compreso nella tariffa già pagata! reception essenziale.

per il costo dell'hotel, ho avuto quello che mi aspettavo. Sono pero' stato in tenda e non ho visto le camere. Il cibo era molto semplice e alquanto caro.

Want Tranquility, smartness and utmost hospitality, think Kwalape. It took two days to fix the drain from the shower in room 8, though.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful forest amongst the lodges. Easy to set up rides to Victoria Falls and Chobe park. A must stay!

Stay away guys! I got terrible bed bugs in two of their tents. The first time it happened to me in Africa. The management didn’t care and didn’t offer any compensation.

The bathroom of our tend had no roof and is the rain season. Terrible experience. We checked-out 2 days before and change lodge but I’m steel waiting for the refound from Expedia. Terrible! Never again

Right on the main road in Kasane
Great swimming pool and nice restaurant. Lots of bird and gardens. The staff was friendly and helpful. They hooked me up with the tours. It was great except I did get lots of mosquito bites. Next time I’ll use more repellent. You can Easily take a shared taxi for 5 pula.

I have been to Chobe is game after game.
The stay was good, the service and cleanliness not to talk about the food. I enjoyed every minute looking forward to visiting Chobe again.

Die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön , auch der sehr groß und sauber. Zu den Bungalows kann ich nicht cat viel sagen, da diese ausgebucht waren und wir uns mit einem Zelt begnügen mussten . Wir hatten zumindest das „Glück“ eines mit eigenem „Bad“ zu bekommen, aber das kann man sich auch ersparen , da man ins „Bad“ nur sehr umständlich kommt, das heißt , an der Rückwand des Zeltes erst zwei Reißverschlüsse öffnen, die eigentlich auch hätten offen bleiben können, da sie kaputt waren und die Moskitos sowieso freien Zugang hatten. 2 Betten und ein Ventilator im Zelt , das war’s dann auch😕. Wir sind nicht sehr anspruchsvoll und hatten auf unserer Rundreise durch Namibia und Botswana mehrere Zeltunterkünfte, die alle top waren und absolut nicht mit diesem Zelt hier vergleichbar sind. Das Frühstück ist völlig überteuert und eine Alternative sich den Kaffee selbst zu kochen, gibt es nicht. Die Ausflüge , die angeboten werden, sind aber sehr empfehlenswert und waren wirklich alle sehr, sehr schön 👍 . GANZ besonderen Dank an Noah 😍 der uns zu den Victoria falls fuhr und so viel Geduld mit uns hatte...er hat uns einen unvergesslichen Tag beschert... ganz großes Lob an ihn .

Nice area
Very nice location, with big beautiful gardens with lots of lakes and birds. The bar and the pool area are very nice and we spent a great time swimming and chilling out. Restaurant offers a big menu and everything we tried was tasty and reasonable priced. We slept in a fornitured tent that was spacious but too hot, even with a fan on. The shared toilets and showers were always a bit dirty and they were definitely too old. We had a bit of trouble at the check-in. They put us in a tent that was already occupied. Also they told us that the accommodation was not paid yet but it was (by Hotels.com). Apart from that everything was nice and the staff was polite.

スタッフの方々はいつも笑顔で親切にしてくれました。ボート、ゲームサファリが市内よりは値は張りますがそれでもとても安く内容も大満足でした！テント泊にしましたが、ファンもライトもしっかりとあり、広々でよかったです。ただ古いためかチャックがスムーズに閉まらなかったのがちょっとマイナス。

Quiet place for few days
Nice place few kilometers (5-6 km) to Nata. You need to take a taxi to go there. Shady, quiet. We stayed in a safari tent. The bedding is not very confortable and no plug inside.

Thanks for the feedback , we are working hard to improve guided by your feedback, the bed is a stretcher bed and i will follow up on the reason why you were not shown the plug, every tent has a power cable going into it. Correction : i think its 5-6 km from Kasane not Nata.

We stayed in one of the safari tents and it was much more comfortable than we expected. The staff went above and beyond to help accommodate us. They found us a free tent at 6am when we arrived, helped us arrange bus tickets and were knowledgeable about any questions we had. The pool was cold but that’s what happens in winter. There were many places to relax around. It was a wonderful experience.

Luxury safari tent feeling for a good price
This was one of those (few) times when the reality exceeded my expectation. The accommodation I got from this establishment in the outskirts of Kasane was amazing. Real safari tent experience with a touch of luxury. For a nice price, compared to other more expensive lodgings in Botswana. All things I needed was inside the tent. Even a TV. The Wifi worked flawlessly and the bathroom even had a shower and a bathtub. The breakfast was good and I felt so full after every sitting. The staff was helpful and I appreciate the help from one of them who helped me get a taxi into Kasane town and checking up a village tour for me. One thing to improve was the mosquito net that has many holes.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Clean and comfortable bed. AC and heater were working and needed. The staff were able to arrange game drives and cruises which were very affordable. We also went for a day trip to Victoria Falls.

Overall, the stay was fine. The rooms were small and in need of some repairs and the furniture was broken. Needs new flooring in the room. The bathroom was nice though the only window that opened was very small and did not have a screen. The pool area was nice. The restaurant took 1.5 hours to get our food.

Staff is very friendly and kind. I misunderstood tent site price without tent, but they did discount for me a bit. But still under construction some facility, a bit noisy. No one went to tour so I have to call your desk myself, and a bit far from town. The tent room and bathroom is clean and large. Can enjoy camp site.

Good value -- great staff
We stayed in a chalet with twin beds. Room is small, but sufficient for a couple nights. Shower was very nice. A/C worked well, but the safe did not. Liked having a porch to sit outside. The pool was very cold (in late August). Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good (eggs made to order, fruit, muffins, coffee, juice). Enjoyed the braai dinner with traditional dancers. Not much around the lodge or in town, but was a good place from which to do a game drive and boat cruise/safari which we booked through the lodge. A little rustic, but good value for the money in this area.

Tropical paradise with wonderful staff
Wonderfully friendly staff. We had a tent booking but was curious about the chalets. The young lady at the front desk pleasantly showed us chalets of different layouts. We were impressed by this tropical garden! Very comfortable stay. The lodge also offers great tours. We saw leopards in the morning drive into the Chobe, and saw a huge herd of elephants for the evening boat ride. Both were organized by the lodge at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Reasonably Priced Tent Option
Stayed in one of their tents at a very reasonable price. Showers and toilets nearby and clean. Very good quality food in restaurant, including some local dishes. Very nice pool and bar area. Good, reasonably fast WI-FI. The only problem was that every time I tried to pay cash in the restaurant, there was not adequate change, even though I was not paying with big bills. Much time wasted while they ran around the property trying to find change somewhere. This complaint may seem minor, but it became really very annoying because it happened at EVERY meal over a period of three days. This is easy to fix, so there is really no excuse.

Bra budget-alternativ för Kasane!
Hyrde en stuga i 2 nätter. Helt ok! Ligger en liten bit utanför Kasanes centrum. Bra frukost. Bra mat i restauranten. Bra bar. Bra service! Underbar personal! Lugnt trots att det fanns en camping på området. De arrangerade game drives och boat cruises efter mina önskemål, till riktigt bra priser, trots att jag reste ensam, vilket är ett problem när man ska boka game drives, det krävs minst 2 personer. Wi-fi fungerade toppen, laddade upp film på facebook utan problem! Tyvärr ser man inga djur inifrån lodgen som det kan vara på andra ställen jag har varit på, men ska du ha det i Kasane får du nog betala mycket mycket mer. Jag är helnöjd efter min vistelse där.
