Silenzio e relax
Appartamento molto curato in generale. La cucina è ben attrezzata, il letto comodo e la terrazza spaziosa e ombrosa. Le ventole a soffitto garantiscono un fresco venticello senza dover ricorrere al condizionatore. La zona piscina è silenziosa e soleggiata con lettini a disposizione. Vicino si trova un negozio di alimentari ben rifornito. L'ubicazione rende opportuno il noleggio dell'auto. La fermata del bus pubblico è vicinissima, ma le corse sono poche. Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile e ci ha fornito diverse indicazioni utili al nostro soggiorno.

Alles perfekt
Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und der Pool ist windgeschütz, groß und sauber. Wir waren hier mit nur wenigen anderen, die man kaum bemerkte. In der Küche kann man super kochen, backen, ein sehr großer Kühlschrank und ein großes Eisfach ist vorhanden. Zwei Supermärkte und eine Busstation 10 m weit entfernt. Wir hatten uns bei ABC Cityräder gemietet und waren damit bestens präpariert, die lange und wunderschöne Promenade bis zu Kings of tombs zu erkunden. Auch waren wir mit den Rädern in der Altstadt. Alles kein Problem. Auto braucht man nicht. Avakas ging gut mit dem Bus. Die Kommunikation mit Bruno ist einfach nur perfekt!!! Vielen Dank auch an Constantinous, der uns nachts zuverlässig vom Flughafen abgeholt hat und uns heute wieder hin bringt. Wir sind sehr erholt von all diesen Komfort!!!

Paradise Gardens stay
Overall very good. Couple of small recommendations to improve the experience. Only 1 toilet roll meant to last a week. 2 would have been enough. Maybe a TV in the event you stay in. I had taken my tablet and we were able to watch a film. But a TV would have improved it. Excellent WiFi Pool area very nice.

Hi It is clearly specified in the presentation of the apartment's equipment that there is no TV, and therefore you knew this when renting the apartment. So, I'm very surprised by your comment about the lack of TV, and even more surprised by a rating of 4 for that

A little bit of paradise
After having some reservations which we took up with the owner, we were pleasantly surprised how lovely and peaceful the complex was. The apartment was ideal. The only thing we would have liked was a tv, but we knew when we booked it that there wasn't one

Good spot but not a winter apartment
We’ll sited, good cooking area, nice morning balcony. Appreciate car parking. Not a good February choice for us as not comfortable when balcony doors closed - and nights were pretty cold.

Bonjour Jamie Je suis très surpris de votre note, 3 étoiles sur 5. C'est la première fois en 14 ans de location ! En effet, vous complimentez l'appartement, et le froid de février vous manque. Chypre est en Europe, et donc en hiver il fait froid. L'appartement est équipé de 2 blocs chauffants, il suffit de les faire fonctionner pour avoir de la chaleur dans l'appartement. Je regrette donc que vous ayez noté votre séjour, avec le froid de février sur lequel bien sûr je ne peux pas agir, alors que ce qui est demandé c'est de noter l'appartement et la relation avec le propriétaire

Perfekter Urlaub, Appartment top👍
Das Appartment ist top. Alles war sauber. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig. Zu den meisten Restaurants ist es zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Der Vermieter Bruno ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet auch sehr schnell! Es war ein perfekter Urlaub auf einer wunderbaren Insel👌

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Das Apartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und absolut korrekt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Ein Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Weitere Lokale sind aber etwas weiter entfernt, also Bus, Auto oder Fahrrad. Eine Fahrradvermietung ist auch vor Ort.

Belle appartement bien équipé dans une résidence calme et très jolie avec ses beaux jardins. Un petit magasin à proximité ! Et un propriétaire aux petits soins qui vous donne plein d'infos. Bref une bonne adresse pour un séjour en amoureux!

All amenities, well located, very happy
Good little apartment, close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Plenty of white goods all in good nick. Twin beds and no TV not an issue for us at all. Very friendly community in PG4. Mini markets super close. Pambis restaurant is also nearby. Pools are lovely and garden areas well maintained. Already looking for flights to return.

Great apartment with two pools
Well equipped, clean apartment overlooking pretty garden and very close to pool. Nearby are two mini markets and a taverna. A walk to Paphos harbour, which takes 15 to 20 minutes. Would recommend a car to get around the island.

Wir waren 5 Wochen in dem wunderbaren Apartment. Alles ist perfekt angefangen von der geschmackvollen Einrichtung über die perfekte Ausstattung bis zur Lage.Ausserdem erhielten wir von Bruno vorher einen Plan von Pafos und Umgebung mit Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten Restaurants,Strände etc.Wir können dieses Apartment sehr empfehlen.

Nice quiet apartment
All told very nice, a good pool, nice balcony and very quiet whilst we were there. I would like to have been closer to the sea for swimming - it was about a 20 minute walk. However the buses are great and you should make use of them

Perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It is very spacious with plenty of room plus a large private balcony which is not overlooked. The bedroom was very comfortable and this also leads out to the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed from oven, toaster, microwave etc, and every utensil you could think of! It is roughly a 20 minute stroll down to the harbour area, although there is 2 shops and a restaurant/bar at the end of the road. Bruno the owner very responsive and helpful regarding anything we needed in the apartment, and also any information we needed regarding the local area. Thanks Bruno! Definitely recommend.

Excellent in every way
The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Two beautiful pools. Quiet location. Excellent taverna and farm shop 3 minutes walk. Bus into harbour at end of the road too. Wouldn’t change a thing. Correspondence with owner also excellent and very informative

Wonderful Holiday
Apartment 103 is stunning. Comfortable and equipped with everything one wants to have a lovely stay. The large veranda over looks Paradise Gardens, stunning! A few steps from the apartment is the beautiful pool. Clean and with warm water. A very short walk takes you to two mini markets, both well stocked. Next to these is a wonderful Taverna. Staff made us very welcome, food was fantastic. I would recommend Paradise Gardens to everyone looking for the perfect holiday. Margaret Booth

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Fernseher ist nicht vorhanden, was uns entgegen kam. Wir haben die Küche rege genutzt und konnten von hier aus mit dem Mietwagen Tagesausflüge zu schönen Orten in der nahen Umgebung machen. Die Wohnung war für uns ein Kriterium für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub auf Zypern!

A nice apartment and an excellent base for Paphos and beyond.
Neither the approach road nor the apartment block is greatly attractive. However, the premises are tidy and well kept and the apartment itself is very nice. It is well laid out, with a bright, south-facing living area, which leads through large glass sliding doors onto a patio with a lovely view into the greenery beyond. There is a well-designed kitchen area, which is very well equipped. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and bath, with fitted shower: all in good condition. The bedroom is comfortable with full-length windows also opening onto the patio. There are ceiling fans in the lounge, bedroom and patio, and air-conditioning units in the living area and the bedroom. The pool is visible from the patio and is only moments walk from the foot of the stairs leading to the apartments. It is a good size and well maintained. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket about 250m from the apartment. The beach and harbour area, with restaurants, shops, etc, are well within walking distance. We were in touch with the local contact for advice on a couple of occasions, and he was very helpful. The owner was also helpful, providing information about the area, as well as about the apartment. A good base for exploring Paphos - and beyond.
