Neither the approach road nor the apartment block is greatly attractive. However, the premises are tidy and well kept and the apartment itself is very nice. It is well laid out, with a bright, south-facing living area, which leads through large glass sliding doors onto a patio with a lovely view into the greenery beyond.
There is a well-designed kitchen area, which is very well equipped. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and bath, with fitted shower: all in good condition. The bedroom is comfortable with full-length windows also opening onto the patio. There are ceiling fans in the lounge, bedroom and patio, and air-conditioning units in the living area and the bedroom.
The pool is visible from the patio and is only moments walk from the foot of the stairs leading to the apartments. It is a good size and well maintained.
There is a small, well-stocked supermarket about 250m from the apartment. The beach and harbour area, with restaurants, shops, etc, are well within walking distance.
We were in touch with the local contact for advice on a couple of occasions, and he was very helpful. The owner was also helpful, providing information about the area, as well as about the apartment.
A good base for exploring Paphos - and beyond.
