not a 5 stars hotel!!
this is not 5 stars hotel, in the room you dont have any facilities and it look like an hotel from 70's. the area where the hotel is located isn't nice, in front of the train station you can hear train and the announcements from speakers the bar area is cold and they have a very poor menu, not 5 stars at all the only good thing is the pool and spa area which is small but nice!

Misleading information
Booked this only since the junior suite was supposed to have a bubble bath, and I wanted a swim in the pool. There was only regular tub, and they claimed they had not had bubble bath in a long time, even if room info stated bubble bath specifically, and there was even pictures of it. They changed the info after I complained, and was gonna compensate me, but never did. The pool was way too cold. Disappointing experience.

Erlebnisaufenthalt in Kattowitz
Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Ein Erlebnisaufenthalt. Architektonisch ein Gedicht. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr unsicher. In letzter Zeit wurden mir in den Hotels erst mal ein einfaches Zimmer übergeben. Mein reserviertes Zimmer wurde mir erst nach nochmaligem Verlangen gegeben. Die ausgedruckte Reservierung war sehr hilfreich. Das Parken ist ein "Ereignis"- Die Google-Maps Fotos sind etwas sehr alt. Ohne Hilfe kaum selbst zu Parken.

gutes Hotel, ehr große Zimmer, Einrichtung ein bisserl "älter" ("gediegen"). die Fotos sind von Zimmer 207 welches in eine Seitenstrasse geht. Das meiste Personal ist sehr freundlich. Sehr angenehm ist, das viele Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind und man dennoch nicht viel von dieser zentralen Lage mitbekommt. Nur das Parken ist mit 100zl/Tag zu teuer, so finde ich jedenfalls.

just for business
the hotel is a decent 5 star for business traverllers. I do not see this as a family or vacation hotel at all. breakfast it is just ok, service a bit confused and not very accurate. Food is of decent quality but nothing exceptional. reception staff sober and kind. rooms are sufficiently sized but the decor is a bit cold for a 5 stars. restaurant area very nice, and food is nice despite the very limited menu. recommended for business travellers only
