It looked like it was run down on the outside. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in the hallway. Clean room.needs updated. Not what i expected.

EVERYTHING was “under construction.” Pool was ice cold. Hot tub, sauna, bars, restaurants were all out of service. Didn’t get told about the situation until after check in. Rooms are very outdated and in need of renovations. Overall, just run down…hopefully the construction is successful (might be better off to raze the building and start from scratch!)

The hotel was advertised as having a full breakfast, and there was no breakfast whatsoever. Everything was under construction, and it was a mess. Rooms were less than desirable.

The room we eventually received (1st room had not been cleaned) was a refurbished room; however, several items needed repair: electric outlet didn't work which meant no lamp or radio; towel rack not attached on 1 side; sink faucet sprayed water because no screen in faucet; kleenex tissue cover falling out of wall; bathtub faucet not connected properly. The common area bathroom had no toilet paper. The outside door B was not properly secured so anyone could enter the building without a room key. This property has potential but the refurbishing company is not very good. One section of the complex should be completed correctly before starting work on another area. It could be a beautiful place with a beautiful pool area. The exterior landscaping could be more inviting.

The staff is great bordering on amazing. They’re clearly aware that the property is trash. But you get what you pay for. The shower was a trickle and the refrigerator didn’t work. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

The t v didn't work i tried the tv itself and the remote and still didnt work the pool was freezing the heat didnt warm the room

This property is very old and although they are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms the overall presence is shabby at best. They offer virtually no anemities. The clerks did the best they could but resources are obviously limited would only stay there again if , like this time, there was nothing else available

There was no breakfast, even though advertised as have such. Was told they were under construction…but something could have been arranged, even voucher to a local close establishment. Room was nice. Outside and hallways need a lot of work.

In the process of renovating. The room was clean overall, but the tv didn’t work to actually watch any shows. The hallways and our neighbors were extremely loud around 2:00am (no fault of the staff) but there is no soundproofing. There was no breakfast available at this time, and the heater in the pool was out. I am sure it will be much nicer when the work is done.

This hotel should be shut down! It was very filthy and unsafe!!! We tripped over a ledge going into the bathroom, the shower head was stuck in one position, the pool area was closed (wish we knew that), hallways were dark, old and filthy! The light switches were scary to touch! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the condition of this old hotel!!!

Was disappointed there was no breakfast. Also the ice machine by our room didn’t work. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, seemed to roll towards the center. The channels on the television didn’t line up. The floor in the bedroom area did look new.

The pool was cold, no hot tub its been down since last year when we stayed. No bar, it was closed even tho it was hopping last year when we stayed. The entire building was cold no heat throughout. The stay over all sucked.

We waited at the front desk for an hour before anyone showed up to check us in. We called the number listed multiple times and no one answered. If we hadn’t already paid for the reservation we would have walked out and not returned.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No one told us that everything was under construction. When we questioned why the pool wasn’t heated or that the bar was closed down or why wasn’t there any breakfast? All they would claim was “we’re under construction”. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Multiple keys wouldn’t work and when we requested to move to a room closer to the pool after we already paid for a suite there was no refund of any sort. All the side doors opened right up and let you into the building with zero security. My kids were so excited about the pool till they went to get in and couldn’t stand the cold water. We checked it and yes it was way too cold to get in. Everything we saw was run down/broken or had been sitting there for far too long. It was a situation of just sleep and get out since most hotels were already booked for the night. We all agreed that if the health department came in they would shut them down. There was a notice (not where you check in) that the health department had shut down the pool/spa and workout area due to violations of codes. When we asked why we were not told about all of these issues the front desk guy shrugged and said “we’re under construction”.

Dirty hotel.
It was dirty, falling apart, very hard to navigate. Other people hair in the shower and on the sink.

Not worth it
This place should not even be having guests. They are transitioning to new owner and did not have breakfast, or bar, ect, only thing was the pool. The place was in terrible shape, room was falling apart. Beds were only thing that were ok. Pulling up and there was 1 car in the parking lot and it seemed so sketchy. No wonder.

The property is rebranding and under new management. It is a bit dog eared as they work on upgrades but it is an excellent value.
