“The room was spacious, but going up and down from the bunk bed was inconvenient. It would be better if the big table was taken away and replaced it w/ twin beds. The big table could be dangerous as someone can get injured by the pointed edges. Also, the bathroom was rather small and its floor was noisy when you step on it.”

“1人で利用したのですが、深夜に呼び鈴を2回鳴らされました。連れはいないので不審に思い、ドアの覗き穴から外を見ると、外国籍の人らしいがっちりとした体格の男性が2Lくらいのペットボトルの水を1本とむき出しのトイレットペーパーを1巻持って立っているのが見えました。 恐ろしくなってフロントに電話をすると、穏やかに「わかりました」と言ってくださいました。 そのまま、のぞき穴から廊下を見ていると、その外国籍らしい男性は携帯電話で話し始めどこかへ歩いて行きました。その後、フロントから電話があり、「外国の方が部屋を間違えたようです。もう大丈夫です。」と知らせてくださって安心する事ができました。丁寧に対応していただきました。 それから、外出する際のフロントのスタッフさんの対応が穏やかで明るくて優しくて素敵でした。何度か出入りしたので、3人の方に対応してもらいましたが、皆さん素敵でした。 歯ブラシや櫛などを使わなかったら植樹等の活動を援助する取組もされていて素敵だと思いました。”
