Experience was very good from check-in to check-out (all fast and simple). Location is great with beaufiful green area, swimming pool and access to the beach. Apartments have almost all comforts and are well equipped. Service from cleaning to maintainance is very good, efficient and friendly. I would strongly recommend to stay there (and probably in other locations owned / run by Destination Hotels).

Tante villette singole o accoppiate immerse in un campo sterminato con vegetazione lussureggiante, comode, con tutti i servizi, compreso barbecue in veranda e molti altri accessori' cucina nella stanza super attrezzata. Grosso centro commerciale con tutto a pochi metri, spiagge vicine belle. Parte sud dell'isola. Reception gentilissimi e efficenti anche se un po lontani

Pool facility with outdoor kitchen was updated and fabulous. Easy beach access to a swimmable and walkable beach. Grounds have lovely landscaping and condos are walking distance to most things in Wailea. Some of the units back up to the main road- ours did and it was quite noisy at night. Our unit was very worn, tired and outdated plus overly decorated with mismatched items. The interior needed a whole refresh/facelift. Fortunately there were not any musty smells. I was disappointed in the overall aesthetic for the price. The saving grace was location, pool facility, and beach access.

Location is excellent and checkin and out was well managed remotely. Unit is spacious and well laid out. It just needs a complete remodel. Cabinets, walls, and all finishes are really worn out. Kitchen needed more dishes. Had quite a few little bugs, but it’s the tropics and they can walk right in beneath the kitchen screen.

Beautiful grounds, heated pool overlooking the ocean, access to great beach, gorgeous sunsets right outside our condo! We loved this place! Only a 5 min drive into Kihei for several restaurant options.

Great property. Beautiful view. Nice to have a washer/dryer for mid-week washing. Facilities were beautiful. We will stay here again when visiting Maui.

We really enjoyed almost everything about the property!!! Instructions i misread when i arrived and went to the property instead of down the street at the destination check in. We also had a few bugs inside the property, but not the end of the world. The beach was gorgeous, the staff were wonderful! We will definitely be booking a stay again soon!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We are a family of 4 with 2 boys and it was essential to have a full kitchen and laundry. It was nice that beach chairs and coolers were already in the condo that we could use. My only recommendation is to have a few beach towels or pool towels for guests to use.

Disappointing
The studio was on the ground floor,and was rather dark. We don’t like rooms on the ground floor.The bathroom was really small. We tried to upgrade or find a room with natural sunlight,but everything was already reserved ! We would not choose this accommodation again !

OK - some flaws & rough edges...
Place is well situated for vacationing in the Wailea area. Units are in an older condo - several of the units in adjacent buildings are in the midst of repair / remodeling. This unit in particular has had its kitchen somewhat updated, but the bath is old and a bit worn. Grout is dirty, and the door on the shower was off its tracks and unable to be moved. We reset the door as best we could and didn't worry about it. The fact that housekeeping wouldn't report this (since you should be opening the shower doors to properly clean the shower) or that the ownership wouldn't repair it immediately is why we can't say this place is somewhat less than excellent.

Nice condo with beautiful grounds. Older, but kept up well. We had a nice unit close to the beach pavilion and pool - super handy. The only very slight negative was that the knives were so dull it was like cutting with a spoon. And the en suite toilet barely flushed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great place but there was a little ant problem and it infested out cereal box that we left on the counter as you do with most cereal boxes. So we threw that away and started keeping all food in the fridge and that helped a lot. The customer service was wonderful, very easy to reach for anything by text message. The landscape is beautiful too.

Residences are close to the beach, no need to cross a road. Ample parking. Unit is a bit dated but comfortable. Loud air conditioner. Adding beach chairs would be nice.

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms, great pools, easy walk to the beach. Very classy and beautiful location. Good for kids. Check in was off site, but very easy. Good communication through text messages.
