Lovely hotel. But for a 5-star resort st that price point we thought that the room was a bit cramped. Also the lighting in our room was practically non- existent! We had someone come to help but he just said that some rooms are very dark and don’t have lighting. And that we had one of those rooms. It was impossible to read a book at night. Nice staff however and fabulous spa!

Second time staying here. Location breathtaking, service impeccable and food divine. We had the standard lakeside room which still had partial lake view and both mornings we saw wild deer from our room

The hotel was perfect. It was clean and felt very safe with santiser stations around the hotel and the staff wearing visors.

Amazing place, panorama restaurant could be better
Amazing relaxing atmosphere and service. We ate in the hotel 3 times while we were there. For the most part, the food was lovely, but we were a bit disappointed with the meal in the panorama restaurant. The starters were very poor (celeriac soup and liver parfait). The breakfast there was also fairly average. Would have expected more for the price we paid for the meal.

Beautiful views.
Absolutely beautiful views from our hotel room. Service was great from the moment we stepped into the hotel and the bellman took our luggage out of our car parked our car and brought it straight up to our room. Food was very good and breakfast came with the room. Only issue was with their WiFi which was down for a couple of hours.

The staff smile, friendless and service was top drawer. Very difficulty to say anything I didn’t like , fresh fruit choice at breakfast maybe a little wider
