“The property is way below standard and should not be deemed fit to stay in. It was so bad that i booked another hotel as i would not subject myself to stay in that hovel. They refused to refund me but i was better off losing my payment that squating there”

“We came in for a football game and are a family of 5. There was a lot of space for us to spread out. I was a little concerned with some of the other reviews but the property management company was good to communicate with. The Wi-Fi was not great and we could not get the TV to work. We had to find alternative accommodation which was almost impossible at this time of year. The lady we spoke to yesterday was shocking, no help at all. She did say this would be escalated and someone would be in touch regarding refund, but no one has. This business is the worst I’ve ever dealt with,”

“After a challenging start to our trip where our already booked VRBO cancelled on us the day of travel, staying in this home ended up great. The location is not one we were familiar with and found that we loved the real neighborhood feel after long days of sightseeing in the more crowded areas. “We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....
